I bought this black silverware to go with my black dining wear. I know it may not be for everyone, but I happen to have a very strong preference to black no matter what I'm buying it for and I love the moody atmosphere creates and with the colored foods on the plate, I think it looks really lovely. The way it makes the colors pop. I like a Gothic old Victorian look but I do like the way the black I'm black looks together and the food itself just brings out color enough that just looks very pleasing to the eye on the dining table. The Sharpness of these utensils is very well done. I think it's great for Events. It has a decent expectable weight to it in Heft. I am very pleased with a design as it seems universal to being for casual atmosphere or even if I wanted it for entertaining in a different kind of event with guest, I am pleased with the purchase, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Strong preference towards black %26 love style

The color is exactly what I was looking for. The handles have slight grooves which look and feel great. The spoons are my favorite part of the set because of how round they are, a lot of spoons are more oval but these are much more rounded. The entire set is very smooth and feels nice to hold.

Exactly what I wanted only better lol

Have bought a set but needed more! The color and design are lovely plus it’s at a great price. Cons are the scratching will show a bit after a long while but I do recommend this product as I have had the other set for a long time! :)

I was looking at similar silverware at Marshalls, but it was $40.00/set. I am so glad i went with this set. They are sleek and modern! I didn't want just plain silver silverware. I like to be different, these nailed it!

I got the dark colored spoons and they are amazing. I am really particular about the spoons and forks that I use. The smaller teaspoons and salad forks are the absolute perfect size and shape; the handles sit nicely in smaller hands.

Beautiful set to own. I am considering purchasing another one. They are heavy and handle very well. The color black resembles a titanium color. I love the squre edges (versus round). They have a contemporary appeal. I have washed them in the dishwasher and they come out perfect. Highly recommend. No, I was not paid for this review. Although I wish I was. lol

Contemporary Black Titanium set

My husband, wanted black  Silverware utensils  and unfortunately the paint or stain they use on the forks, spoons and knives is rubbing off. Showing the silver metal underneath. So it’s very obvious.
We do like the style and I love the large brown spoons, but I’m really super disappointed that the black coating is rubbing off on several if not almost all of the pieces.  Should be allowed to return for exchange.  Nope! 
So if you buy the silverware, only get it in silver color is my best advice.

I can't speak to the other colors but we've had this set in matte black for less than a year and the finish is already coming off. The serrated part of the butter knives is already rusting. These supposedly are dishwasher safe but it leaves water stains after every wash and there's still food stuck on them most of the time.  Very disappointed in this product from BH%26G.

Don't buy the matte black ones

I LOVE this set so much. I’ve had less than a week and it’s already chipping off. Literally have NOT put them in the dishwasher. This is the SECOND time I’ve washed these BY HAND. I’m so so upset about this. I 10000% want a refund or replacement.
