In Direct competition with shark rotator. pull out wand which was missing in earlier editions is now standard in this model Swivel Rewind Pet Reach and this is excellent. Excellent Vacuum - Assemble in less than 2 Minutes! AMAZING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this vacuum, but I must say I only can give 4 stars because I am upgrading from the Bissell power force bag less vacuum that our family got I believe over 15 years ago. Not sure when we got it but we have had it for a very, very long time. The suction power of the old one is still better than this new one. I wish it had that suction power with all the new features of this new one. Best of both worlds and would earn a 5 star rating.

It works very well but I am not totally sold on the swivel styled head. the Vacuum is quite light and with the swivel it can make it a bit difficult to utilize and control. But the vacuum suction and cleaning are both excellent. for the cost I would highly recommend it.

Great vacuum for the price

I wish the wand had a way to make the hose longer on it and I wish the cord was longer but I like the retractable cord feature. It is a good vacuum, easy to handle and light weight. It is a big improvement over my last vacuum so I am happy.

Lightweight and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have FOUR dogs, two long-haired and two short-haired. I also have rugs with compact fibers that make them hard to get the hair out of them. I have to vacuum every day to keep the floors clean, and this vacuum did not disappoint! I love that the cord retracts with the push of a button, the swivel head makes it super easy to navigate around the furniture, and it picks up really well! The different attachments are perfect for me as well because I like to get into crevices between my walls and floors, and I use the "mini vacuum head" to vacuum the fur off of my couch and chairs. The ONLY drawback I have with this vacuum is that the suction could stand to be a little more powerful, but it still gets the job done wonderfully. I'm very happy with my purchase! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum seems to work okay, but it feels a bit flimsy and the roller is not very powerful compared to our old Pet Hair Eraser. The roller, unless set to the highest carpet length, will run very slowly and stop frequently. The suction seems to be adequate. I'd recommend a different model if you have deep carpets. #sweepstakes

Could be improved

Great vacuum for the price EXCEPT the retractable cord stopped working almost immediately.  Retraction mechanism failed so it's stuck at full cord extension.  Otherwise, it functions well and picks up a lot of pet hair.   Will keep it despite the broken cord mechanism bc it's just not worth dealing with Bissell's less than user friendly CS system to replace.

After 3 uses the belt broke. It does not bend low enough to even go under a coffe table and certainly not a raised bed. I prefer a head lamp to aid in lower light conditions. It does have good canister xapacity and suction.
