I just received it a week ago and have only used it once. It did an excellent job noticeably removing spots from the carpet and some patio furniture upholstery.

This little machine is great. Really easy to carry and use. The spot cleaner solution for it takes those troublesome spots out. I used it on some spots on carpet which I just didn't feel like using my larger carpet cleaner on. I couldn't get over how efficiently the SpotClean Auto Portable Carpet Cleaner cleaned. Thanks Bissell for another quality cleaning machine.

Great Little Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very compact and easy to use. Was very pleased with how manageable it was while I was cleaning carpet down my steps. Easy to handle and not too heavy...really took the grime our of the carpet. The carpet looks new again.

I would HIGHLY recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it to clean upholstery in 2 cars today, and I'm really impressed! My husband buys cars at auction to fix up as a hobby, and I usually get to do the detailing and some of those cars are just filthy. This little machine is da bomb. It got dirt out that I didn't even realize was there! I like it!

Excellent little cleaning machine

This is the best cleaning appliance I have ever used in my entire life. My roommate completely destroyed my white couch by eating fudge pop, popsicles, and dripping chocolate all over. It was absolutely disgusting. Frankly our relationship will never recover from it however, I can bear to be around her because the little green got the stains out and my couch looks brand new.

I hate my roommate but I love the little green

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it In my minivan which had not been cleaned in several years. Stains I thought would never clean were lifted with relative ease. Follow the directions for heavy stains and you will not be disappointed. Easy to use machine.

Easy to use and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is better then my bissel little green. I could no longer get replacement parts for my model as the parts they sell dont work correctly. I ended up buying the AutoCare spot clean as it was only $50 more then buying a new little green. Both of these machines are almost the same. The only difference in my opinion is the AutoCare has a stronger sprayer and stronger suction aside from that I find absolutely no difference.

Little green vs Autocare minimal differences

I like the way it cleans etc. Good features but it could use a hose that is twice the length. With a 4WD vehicle you can barley reach the edg of the seat when it's on the ground next to the vehicle. You have to hold it up in your other hand to reach the seats. Would have given it 5 stars if the hose reached my seats.

Could use a longer hose.

First of all I don't own any pets I purchased this to clean my couches and chairs. It does a good job at cleaning and leaves everything smelling refreshed so I love the way it performs. They're only two gripes that I have about the machine. The first one is that the hose is not long enough for couches that are very deep. It will not reach to the back of the couch I have to hold the machine in my hand in order to perform the job. The second gripe I have is that the cleaning nozzle on the end of the hose will not stay connected. There is a little tab that supposed to lock it in place but the tab is not staying locked in you can just pull it loose. That is a big problem for me because it will not stay connected I may try and contact the manufacturer and have them to send me a new part.

The hose is too short and the handle will not stay

The hose is too short. I actually had to put the vacuum inside my car to clean the seats. That makes no sense. There is not enough suction. I had to put a fan and blower on my seats for one full day to dry it. I would have been better off just using a bucket of soap and water with a scrub brush because the vacuum did not vacuum. I would have returned the vacuum, but did not feel like all the trouble of doing so. I used to have an upright similar to this one that worked much better. Shame on me for trying something different.
