Overall it worked just perfect for sucking up the dirt on floor and in rugs.  Wish the suction hose stretched out further.  Taking the canister off and putting it back on was a little tricky until you could see how it had to line back up . It  is quite a good little work horse.

Lightweight Vacuum that Does a Great Job

The vacuum is easy to manipulate--a very important attribute since I'm elderly (as much as it pains me to admit!) and have some balance problems. The cord is long enough to eliminate repeatedly moving to different outlets--very convenient. The suction seems very good and really perks up my carpet. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase!

This vacuum really sucks!

I'm a senior and I bought this for my 'downstairs' vacuum since I already have a Bissell upstairs. It's light enough to use when someone doesn't have the strength they used to. It's great to be able to see how much you've picked up too (my upstairs one has this as well.).

Oh my!! This little vacuum is mighty!! I am so impressed with it being so lightweight but has super suction. Canister is so easy to detach, empty and reattach. I was surprised how much dirt and dog hair there was on the area rugs and bare floors. Also has a hose attachment to reach under furniture and corners. I'm thrilled with this purchase.

Amazing appliance

This compact dynamo has more power than another brand  2 times its size. It works better than I expected and is an excellent value for the price. It's light weight %26 easy to use. The canister has a bottom latch so you can emptyit right into your trash can.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every product I have ever purchased from Bissell has been great and performed as advertised. I have apartments that I must clean out when people move out and this vacuum is the greatest. Small, compact, light weight, powerful suction, inexpensive. I have purchased this model for years and it takes years before I need a new one. Best deal for the money.

Yes and I have

Lightweight - easy to pick up and move from room to room.  Great value for the money.  Easy to empty and clean.

Good value

my second one.  the hose is a bit too small, but the handle is an extension for the hose. there isn't an adjustment to lower or raise the front brush for different flooring,  but it vacuums my hall rug when the next model up, with the adjustment, couldn't. the cord wrap handles are very close together, but theres no where else to put them. i have 2 cats, and it does really well, even on most throw rugs, carpet, and bare floors. 
i wasn't able to find a replacement belt for my last one. the off brand belt didn't fit right. It would be helpful to have another belt or be able to get one easier. Great for price.

Compact. Takes up less space to store.
Lots of power. Collects tons of lint and dirt.
Light-weight. Gets around spaces easier. 
Clever design. The handle detaches to become the cleaning wand, although the suction hose is too short.
No height adjustment.

Pretty good little vac

overall size of the vacuum I was expecting a full size vacuum and I got what looks like a kids toy...even with the wand its not long enough to reach some places and it ended up causing damage to my sofa because to use the brush I had to lift the vacuum up on the couch
