[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum does everything it's supposed to do and more. It cleans the carpet, the wood, and even does wet cleaning! The switch between carpet and wood floor setting is very easy. The vacuum is a little higher than what I'm used to, but I love that it stands upright by itself. after a while I got used to it and it became super easy to use. It cleans the masses easily, it cleans the dirt and cat fur out of the carpet very well and it's not so loud when it's working. We do sometimes spill things in the kitchen, and sometimes my cat throws up. With this vacuum it was so easy to clean. I didn't need any other tool. I could just clean the wood with the wet cleaning function. This vacuum does everything. I'm very impressed with it. Looking forward to keep using it for years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so impressed with the CrossWave OmniEdge! It charges quickly, runs for a long time, and being cordless makes it incredibly easy to use—no plugging and unplugging as I move through the house.

My first test run was a squished raspberry mess from our 4-year-old, and it handled it effortlessly. I love that it vacuums and washes at the same time—no extra steps needed! It's also been amazing in the kitchen, especially in those hard-to-reach corners under cabinets. My floors looked and felt so fresh,. 

I was also able to switch seamlessly between hardwood floors and rugs, which made it super easy to freshen up my runners and kitchen mats at the same time. Honestly, I couldn't stop using it around the house! With kids and pets, there are constant spills, crumbs, fluff, and juice—and this machine makes my life so much easier.

It's lightweight, has a self-cleaning mode, and best of all, no bending over to use a dustpan or change mop heads. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone, especially those with mobility concerns. In fact, I'll be gifting one to both of my grandmas. I'm obsessed!

Great for families

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this cool cleaning tool! This is like a vacuum and mop in one and can go between hard floors and area rugs, which is perfect in my house. So first you charge it on a charging station for a couple hours before you use it. Then when it's ready, it's cordless so you can quickly move around spaces without having to plug and unplug the vacuum in. My main level has both hardwood floors and area rugs so I could easily go between both of them with just pressing a button. I only used it the first time for a couple minutes and it pulled up tons of dog fur and dirt. It's super lightweight so I can easily pull this out if my toddlers drop some food or if I want to clean my small area rug without pulling out a large carpet cleaner.

Fun Cleaning Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was genuinely impressed with this wet-dry vacuum and mop combo. From the first use, it felt like a serious upgrade to my cleaning routine. It's super lightweight, which made it easy to carry from room to room without feeling bulky or tiring out my arm. That alone was a game changer for quick cleanups.

One of the standout features for me was how well it cleaned right up to the edges—something a lot of other vacuums miss. I didn't have to go back in with a broom or cloth to get the corners or along the baseboards. It saved me time and definitely made cleaning feel more efficient.

I used it on a mix of everyday messes—crumbs under the kitchen table, muddy footprints by the door, and some spilled juice (courtesy of my kids). I also have a pet, and it did a great job picking up fur and cleaning up small accidents or water tracked in from outside. It handled everything surprisingly well. The suction was strong, and the mop function actually left the floors looking clean instead of streaky.

What I loved most was the convenience. Being able to vacuum and mop at the same time made it so much faster to get through my usual cleaning routine. It's now one of those tools I can't imagine not having around.

Wet dry combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My overall impression of this combo wet-dry vac was a solid positive and I would recommend this to my mom, but only after I've set it up and shown her how to use it. It gets close to the edges and makes cleaning easy. Once I figured out how to turn it on ( it had to be reclined), this mighty vacuum cleaner really impressed me and my husband.   We have two young children, a small dog and a cat and let me tell you,  this cleaning was long overdue.  

I appreciated it's light weight design and manueverability. I can get up to the walls and underneath the cabinets. It picked up dirt,  fallen food crumbs, and pet hair with ease.  I used to use those disposable wipes and I will not be going back to that.  We do not allow shoes back in the house after seeing the difference. It is extremely easy to fill and clean the machine.  This is where I have to take off half a star. I had to set up a new tankand wasnt through cleaning the floors. I've used my Bissell every other day and can't say more about how handy it is.  We have hardwood in most of the apartment and big rugs. This machine can handle both of those  very efficiently. The charger is convenient and I've only had to charge it twice since purchasing and I've had it for two weeks.

The cleaning powder sample included with the original packing is a must have.  I'm sure water alone can work but there will be a difference.  After using the Bissell, I know there's a difference.  Like I said,  I'd recommend it to my mom and all the other moms(and dads!) Out there that need an easy and powerful everyday cleaning tool!

Not Good

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had high hopes when I purchased this because I had a corded bissel vacuum that was amazing and lasted me years but this one is the complete opposite. It literally just pushes hair and dirt all over the place and has no sucking power at all. Please don't waste your money like I did.

Don't waste your money

Was okay the first weeks, but then started leaving big leak marks. It leaves a lot of water in general too, the suction isn't good. If I would have tried it before getting it I wouldn't have made the purchase. It is not made for cersmic which I would have liked to know beforehand. And yes I did clean the pieces between cleaning.

Do not buy this product. First of all, you spend just as much time as you would sweeping and mopping separately as you do cleaning this thing out properly. You have to empty out the disgusting wet hair and crumbs that get caught all throughout the machine and roller brush, not just the waste container. Also, it mostly just seems to push around crumbs and get everything all wet, and you definitely have to sweep your floors before using it anyway, especially if you are sweeping up a lot of hair. I regret this purchase so much, and it was one I thought about for a long time. Invest in a high quality regular vacuum instead. The wet part is just a mess and the whole vacuum smells musty and moldy now, even though I clean it super carefully and let everything dry before putting it back together (another huge inconvenience). I don't know how this has such good reviews.
