I bought this because I have hardwood floors throughout and to vacuum, and then go back and mop was quite a chore. With this, I can vacuum up small bits at the same time as I mop the floor, which makes the job half as long. I love the fact that there’s a little rubber feet inside the mop head, which scrubs a little bit harder on the sticky spots on the floor. Cleanup is a breeze, and I am super happy with how clean my floors are.

I needed the lighter unit however since I loved that machine so much, I purchased this heavier unit for my son’s daily cleaning needs. As a new home maker, who has cats and a busy life, I know this floor cleaner will be a welcomed addition. Self cleaning and light vacuuming is what he needs. I’m sure he will love it!

I had not been happy with Swiffer/bona or other floor cleaners.  I used this three times because there was so much dirt left by the other products.  Very happy with the Bissell system.

The vacuumed is lightweight and easy to manipulate, the suction is very good for its size. The water cleaning seems good , I like the compact size and ease to use.

Nice machine but it really needs an upgrade in suction power and a more effective scrub brush. This is my second machine and the small improvement of the added  pet hair strainer  was a improvement  over the old. Same motor and same underpower is the main issue

Mopping function is weak and does not scrub floors well and takes forever to dry floor with several passes

Not as Expected

Love the concept of one machine to vacuum and clean multiple floors in one session. Unfortunately the included cleaning solution doesn't work on sealed tile without leaving a sticky residue. Now I need to deeply steam clean my tile floors using another device that I already had on hand. Also, I can't figure out how to get this one part back into the machine after taking it apart to clean and dry after 1st use.

The dream not realized

The Bissell CrossWave is quite disappointing. It’s very loud during operation, which makes it unpleasant to use. More importantly, it doesn’t clean effectively—especially on tough or dirty spots. I often have to go over the same area multiple times to see any improvement. It also struggles to reach and clean corners properly. Overall, it doesn’t perform as well as expected.
