[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this Bissell Lift-Off is the first one I have ever purchased but I definitely stunad waste my time or money because I have borrowed and Reynolds different brands and they have left my floor soaking wet and still never pulled the stains out of my carpet as well as this one and it's surprise me how dry my carpets was after only to 3 swipes and how handy lift off car shampoo is I shampoo the seats and my carpet in my car and my black sway seats turned out amazing and for the ones who know having four kids and I got into niece and nephews that ride in it you know what kind of stains kids and put in it

I almost never leave reviews but had to this time. I have a new puppy that is still leaving a lot of "messes" and this cleaner has exceeded my expectations!! It even lifted stains that were left on my carpet from when I purchased my home 3 years ago and the old home owner said they couldn't get them out when they cleaned the carpet. Everyone should own one of these cleaners!!

What a great idea to have provided a Lift-Off unit on this cleaner to clean upholstery and stairs! This cleaner removed the stains and transformed all of our carpets in our house into carpets that looked brand new.

I would definitely buy this product again.

You need to get it done before your rental time expires but with my own machine I can do Halifax the room at a time and let it dry. It's so much more convenient and the machine works really well. I've had pet stains, food and drink stains fro teenagers and soil from dirty shoes removed easily with some pretreatment. This little machine is great. The only downside is cleaning it. It's not super hard but you do need to dismantle by removing screws and that isn't for everyone; however, once the screws are removed and pieces exposed it cleans up really well.

Accidents happen while potty training and with regular carpet cleaners or scrubbing by hand... the house had a "stale" smell to it. Went for the Bissell and a cleaner for pet odors. After doing each room once... smells MUCH better. Looks better. Everything. Very glad I got this!

Works great for a house with puppies!

This is a great carpet cleaner. I've used it a couple of times since purchasing it and was impressed by how easy it was to use and how quickly the carpet dried afterward. It is very light weight and easy to maneuver. Two suggestions to anyone considering buying this. 1) Make sure you have a #2 phillips screw driver with a long shaft. This will make it easier to assemble the handle and also to remove screws for routine cleaning before storing. 2) If you plan to clean stairs, get the 6" carpet tool. The 3" tool that came with mine worked OK but took a lot longer than if I had had the 6" tool.

No hesitation recommending this carpet cleaner

It's primary use is for carpet cleaning, with indoor pets, the need to use frequently is required. This machine does a great job, leaving the carpet rejuavated. It's also portable, does great on the stairs and I expect to use on my autos next. Great product, I highly recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made our 10 year old carpet look, smell, and feel like new again. Suction is great. Picked up tons of long cat hairs easily. Even got out some really old stains which we thought we'd never get out. Much easier to clean than older models with the pop-top canister design and bendy cleaning tool. Also much easier to fill the cleaning fluid with the flat top when flipped upside down. Portable mode makes it easy to do stairs and clean our cars. The cord wrapping system makes it easy to organize the really long cable. Can't do fancy turns, but it was easy enough to maneuver. We like how the added weight helps grip the carpet really well, yet the no-snag wheels help it glide with low effort. Overall, great job by the engineering team improving on all the weaknesses of older/cheaper models. Here's hoping the next model comes with its own white noise generator ;)

10 year old carpet like new again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a few Proheat 2 upright carpet cleaners (older style) I love the easy lift off cleaner. The two things I don't find great are the small water/cleaner tank (like that you can combine the two) and the dirty water tank is very hard to empty and impossible to clean. Other than that so far a hit.

I would buy this again if it was easier to keep clean

This most recent one is more compact but the attachment for furniture and edging doesn't work at all and the cleaner just doesn't have the same cleaning power as the older model I bought about 8 years ago. I'm not impressed and hope you can help me out.
