We tried all the baking soda and spot treatments in the world and nothing worked. I thought the stains and smell would never get out, but I wanted to try and save it so I purchased this little number. It worked perfectly! I love that it's light and portable but the tanks are big enough to get the job done. The suction is powerful and got all the urine and dirt out with just a few passes. The pictures don't lie! This cleaner is an absolute bargain and did everything I needed it to. Seriously, if you have set in and smelly stains, this machine doesn't just cover them up on the surface, it gets it all out! Saved my couch from the dogs

This machine is da bomb! I drive for Uber/Lyft so my disgusting car was more than just getting on my nerves. It was potentially impacting my tips and my riders' experience. I could not find a reasonably priced seat shampoo so I splurged on this machine and WOW. My car was dirtier than I realized as evidenced by my before/after photos. In fact, the machine was so good that I decided to post locally and offer my seat shampoo services and, 2 jobs later, have more than paid off my machine and I've only had it a few weeks! Not only that but I also did the upholstery on my dining room chairs and my entire sectional couch which, after 3 yrs with a now 5-yo...well, you get the drift. I also had some kind of drink spill on the bedroom carpet like a year ago which wasn't apparent after cleaning up then but is now. I hit it with the Bissell and poof! Spots gone. :-) The only annoying thing about the machine is that the fill cap for the water/cleaning solution reservoir is on the bottom of the tank and it leaks when you flip it over to put it in the machine. Also, Bissell should really design the spout of the concentrated cleaning solution like the ones they have on liquid laundry detergent containers channeling the drips to flow back into the container and not all over the sides of the container and onto whatever surface the container is sitting on. Just my 2 cents.

Exceeds Expectations-Best Home/Car Cleaning Tool Investment!

OK for maintaining your furniture. More power probably makes it better than the smaller ones. Spray is a little hard to control. Not a professional tool.

Decent tool for home.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the machine, but in terms of giving a rating for Walmart service, it was irksome that the delivery date changed so much that I unfortunately could not rely on its delivery in time for its need- when I ordered on Thursday it was supposed to be delivered by Saturday. By Friday morning, the estimated delivery date was moved to Sunday which was problematic. As a result, I headed to a nearby Walmart to buy it directly off the shelf-- was lucky there was one on the shelf. By the time I returned home, I got yet another email that it was ready for pick up. A lot of wasted time and runaround to initiate the cancellation/ return of the online order, I could not do it over the phone, I had to go to the local Walmart and take the order, return it, and although the order processing began that day, I did not see the refund of nearly $200 back to my bank account for another 3 days. So much hassle, will think twice about ordering online from Walmart again.
