[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hardwood, vinyl, and tile floors are heavily trafficked by my 2 dogs who are in and out of the house all day, as well as my two toddlers. My dogs were of course running around right after I mopped the floors, so I was grateful to have a product that wasn't harmful to them. It was incredible to see the difference the cleaner made after just a few strokes on my bathroom floors that are white tile. Highly recommend!

My wet/dry Crosswave vacuum is excellent in picking all of these up and I use the standard solution they provide. I was very happy to try out this scent free, hyperallergenic solution, both in terms of my toddler and cats. Cats are very sensitive to smells so the fact this solution not only cleaned super well but would not irritate them is amazing. 

The solution worked just as expected, leaving the floors feeling clean. I'll be purchasing this for sure.

Scent free cleaning solution

Bissell supports and promotes pets and has pet friendly solutions and trust me when I say Bissell understands pet messes and how to effectively clean and sanitize to help those messes disappear effectively and effortlessly. Third, if you buy a Bissell product of any kind then you know, that you are getting the best quality product possible and that is where this new Crosswave Multi-Surface Free & Clear cleaning solution comes in, this is a fragrance-free solution that is just as powerful and effective at getting all of the floors in my house squeeky clean but without the fragrance. This is a hypoallergenic solution that when added to my Crosswave machine it had my floors looking incredible and clean in no time.
 I have 6 rescue dogs right now and one rescue kitty all living in my home and I don't worry one bit when one of them accidentally pees, spits up or even knocks over their food bowls. Honestly, it's the least of my worries because I have a Bissell Crosswave and I have a wonderful new cleaning solution that is safe for not only all of the pets in my home but for my 2 legged family  members as well!! Even though there is no scent, there is an overall sense of clean that just gives me peace of mind. This multi-surface free and clear might be my new favorite solution and works harder than I do at tackling my dirty floors!! Thank you Bissell once again, you truly are life changing!

Bissell for the Win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favorite cleaning solution to use with our Bissell CrossWave Edge! With a teenager and dog in the house, we always have a mess to clean and this solution works perfectly on multiple types of surfaces. My favorite thing is that it is hypoallergenic! The fragrance free formula is gentle but still leaves our floors feeling and looking fresh without the strong smells. This formula is awesome for our normal cleaning but is also perfect for spot cleaning all kinds of messes and spills!

Great gentle cleaning solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend as I had my doubts about the Free & Clear 64oz New Family Mess Rescue Multi-Surface solution but quickly became impressed with the outcome on my vinyl floor. The solution doesn't have much of a fragrance but I'm completely fine with that as my family is transitioning to using less toxic products. My thoughts were since the solution didn't have any strong harmful chemicals the cleaning power would be limited, I was wrong!! The solution offers a easy but powerful clean which left my floors with a slight shine and streak free renewed  look. I would highly recommend it to anyone even if cleaning with a traditional mop and bucket. Overall its a great value especially being able to use for mulisurfaces and a little goes along way.

The hypoallergenic formula was a huge plus. We are all sensitive to certain scents and chemicals. I love that this is a gentler option for our family. Now for the cleaning power. I think it does a great job. We've used it for multiple types of machines we have and haven't had any issues. It cleans messes effortlessly.  It also helps with pet hair and their own messes.

Gentle Formula and Impressive Cleaning Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a family of 6, with 4 kids 14 years-14 months, so we have lots of meeses and lots of traffic on our floors. 
 
We tried the Free & Clear 64oz New Family Mess Rescue solution in the Bissel machine that we already owned.  This solution gave a very similar result to other cleaning solutions we have used in thr machine in the past.  Our entire first floor is LVP and a large open area, so you can easily see when the floors have crumbs or dirt.  This solution left the floors both looking and feeling clean.  We spend a lot of time sitting and playing on the floor with our toddler, so this is important to me for them to feel clean.  

The hypoallergenic formula is wonderful from the standpoint of feeling like my family is safe from harsh chemicals, etc especially my youngest one who spends time playing, crawling, etc on our floors.  It definitely didn't have a strong scent, which while I appreciate from a gentle standpoint, I also missed having the floor "smell" clean.  I don't tend to like overly strong scented cleaning products, but a light scent helps to add satisfaction to the cleaning process.  
The solution was great from an effectiveness standpoint, even with a large, messy family and the scent tradeoff is worth it for the gentler option.
