It seems very gentle on the carpet and does not cause any fading or discoloration. The scent is pleasant and gets rid of odors, without being too strong.

The wall to wall and my beloved area rugs. The scents are pleasant but not overwhelming. I will get migraines from heavy scented products and these do not bother me. I'm a customer for life!

Carpet saving products!

Other than that it is a great product. We have two dogs that like to sleep on the back of the couch and it got all of the smell out.

It makes filling easy with no fuss but it takes a lot of work to remove basic spots. We don't have a pet but I can't imagine how well it would remove pet messes. I've used other rug spot cleaners that worked better without this machine.This was pricey and I expected better results.

i am at my wits end i have tried every product that claims to remove urine stains we have followed the direction to the letter all that i have left is to tear up my carpets
