Insufficient power hinders liquid extraction and cleaning performance.

Requires frequent recharging due to quick drain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an issue with damaged shipment and a potion of the package was missing. Called Bissell and it was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. Still figuring out why suction isn't as strong as I'd like but that may just be my inexperience. Overall satisfied.

Satisfied with product and service

BISSELL Homecare

I have four pets (dogs) at home and I need it a small portable carpet cleaner to clean the accidents that sometimes happen in the house. I already own a Bissell Pro Heat 2 Revolution carpet cleaner to clean all my carpets. This little unit complements the bigger unit I have. Now I don't have to clean the entire room when does little accidents happen. Thank you Bissell for the great product.

Great Little carpet cleaner!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Power Stain Eraser because. We have a new puppy and she is ruining our carpet totally. It has been a brutal winter so taking her outside was not always possible. This unit gets the urine and stains out of the carpet quickly and completely with less energy.

Spots gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two kitties who sometimes have a "fur ball." There is acid from their tummies when it comes up. I love the Pet Stain Eraser PowerBrush Plus. It quickly got out the stain and leaves a fresh clean scent from the cleaner. What a wonderful thing not to pull out a bulky upright cleaner to do a small job!

Love, Love, Love the PowerBrush Plus

Works great for the quick clean ups. I use a spray cleaning and only use water in the machine. The machine itself was easy to clean up after too. The easy clip to access and remove the brush for cleaning is great!

Quick cleaning

I see what people mean about it not exactly getting stains out. I bought it to get dirt stains out of one of my rugs. It has taken a few attempts to make a difference. It is great how I can use it in my car and on my couches as well!

Like it but wish they came out with an upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a handheld wet vac it works well, it would be much better if it had self cleaning no hair clog brush like the larger floor models. This is our second one, but, same type rotating brush.

Could have been a 5 star but the rotating brush is

bissellpwr

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it to clean up dog messes, mostly vomit. It gets rid of the oder. Also for spilled coffee and wine stains. I have used it to spot clean my couch. If it had a more powerful suction it would be awesome. I have to go over the area several times to remove stains.

Easy to use!

I spot clean with this machine. I have a 16-year-old Min Pin. Needless to say, she sometimes has accidents. This is the second Bissel carpet cleaner that I've purchased. Within the first few weeks, the first one just quit working whenever it wanted. So, now I'm trying this one. I am disappointed to say that the suction is horrible. What's just as bad is it leaves behind dirty wet pieces of carpet? Yuck!! BISSELL just can't seem to get it right.

I Would NOT Buy This Product Ever Again!!

I have had this 1-2 years. It is built well, runs well, but that is the extent of it. In the few times I have used it, most of the cleaning solution remains in the carpet/rug/fabric/whatever you spray it on. I can put 2-3 ounces in the tank, and suck up only a teaspoon. The carpet/rug is left saturated. And that's with really pushing it down to try and suck up the cleaning liquid. I assure you I am operating it correctly. I have seen this complaint many times, and it is very true.
