I was pleasantly surprised just how good this little machine works.  I have a puppy who I am working on with potty training. Of course., she has accidents from time to time.  This machine makes clean up so easy, and the carpet is not stained and free of odor. So much better than hand cleaning with paper towels and sprays.  It is easy to fill and easy to empty and easy to clean.  Wish I would have had it when my puppy was first delivered from another state.  But. very glad I have it now.  It is also great for minor spills and spot cleaning.

I have gone through several of your old designed pet erasers and was disappointed.  The cap on the dispenser bottle cracked so easily.  This new design is a keeper for sure!  Easy to use and especially easy to clean.  Kudos to the department/persons who redesigned this!

Great Newly Designed BISSELL PET ERASER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this a machine. We replaced our original Pet Stain Eraser with this new one. It's lighter and more intuitive. It really works well on stains and messes. I highly recommend it if you have pets. We have 3 pugs and it's a really valuable tool in our toolkit.

Best purchase for cleaning messes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 small dogs, one is 15 years old. I am always finding small puddles on the carpet. It is so easy to just grab the Bissell , blot, then spray the stain and vacuum up. There is a lot of power in the machine, so I have no trouble cleaning up even at 82.

Very easy to use at any age

Don't know what i would have made it with a puppy. I can hold her under my left arm and clean up one handed with the right hand.

Great for quick cleaning jobs.

This unit it's very handy and easy to use. Almost perfect if it wasn't for physics. The same thing that makes it perfect and convenient, is it's only problem, which is the limited amount of liquid you can load in it.

Very easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well for cleaning up pet messes. The lack of wheels, which the previous model had, is both good and bad. It's good because one of the wheel wells on the previous model couldn't be cleaned out, so it got pretty nasty after a while. So, not having wheels eliminates that problem. Flip side, though, is that without wheels it doesn't seem to move over the carpet as smoothly, making it a bit more work to deeply clean the carpet. Machine clean-up after use is easy.

Good product for pet mess clean-ups

This is my second.  First worked well until the battery wouldn't recharge and no way to replace.  Hopefully the technology has gotten better.

So far I hate that I wasted so much money on this. The carpet is drenched still after I use this. There's no suction power and I definitely didn't realize how impactful having rotating bristles were. I'd take it back but I threw away the box not expecting to have any issues.
