He is a beautiful beast, I named him Vactholamew. He is wonderful at his job, easily sucking up dust and dirt and other yucky particles. I also quite like the forehead lights he has, as well as the attachments for getting in to nooks and crannies. Excellent young lad!

I love him!

BISSELL Homecare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't expect to be this impressed with this vacuum, but it's quickly become one of my favorite cleaning tools in the house. The first thing I noticed was the built in light. It sounds minor, but it completely changes how you vacuum. It highlights just how much dust, pet hair, and debris are actually there, even a day after cleaning. As someone with pretty bad allergies, that's made a huge difference. I feel like I'm finally able to keep up with all the cat hair, dander, and even pollen that gets tracked inside, and I've been a lot more thorough with cleaning. It really motivates you to get everything. The suction power is amazing. You can literally see it pulling in hair and debris before you even pass over it, which makes the whole process feel more effective and weirdly enjoyable.  It has multiple design features I'm in love with, too! It can stand upright on its own, which is incredibly convenient when you need to pause or get interrupted mid clean. No more awkwardly leaning it against furniture. I also really love the swivel head, which makes it easy to maneuver and get under cabinets and furniture. I also like that it's corded since I don't have to worry about the battery dying halfway through, which is a huge plus, and allows me to continuously clean and get the job done.  The attachments are another favorite of mine. Switching between them is quick and doesn't require a lot of bending down, which I appreciate. The brush attachment in particular has been amazing for my sectional! I've never been able to get it this clean before and can clean every side and portion of my couch with it. It's so satisfying to clean with and I love seeing the clean vacuum lines as I go. It also works great on my cat's tree condo, which used to be a pain to deal with due to all the little sections. Aesthetically, it's a nice looking vacuum too. The neutral purple and gray silver color scheme is subtle yet modern. If I had to point out a downside, it is a bit on the heavier side, especially during longer cleaning sessions. That said, I get used to it and the weight probably contributes to the strong suction. I've also had a little trouble reattaching the dirt compartment at times, which isn't a dealbreaker, but it can be a little tricky. Overall, this vacuum has made a noticeable difference in how clean my home feels, especially with pets and allergies in the mix. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade! It makes me actually look forward to cleaning!

So satisfying to clean with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is the perfect addition to our fleet of vacuums!!! I love how easy it is to plug in and get started, and the simple on/off controls. It handles crumbs, popcorn, hair with ease.
I appreciate that it's just one item, stands on its own, and wraps the cord discreetly behind. So easy to move room to room or up stairs.
I am definitely partial to a plug in vacuum. It's so nice to be able to handle a room with full power, move to the next with a simple plug switch and handle the next room with full power.

The thing I like most about this vacuum is that it lays almost flat to reach under chairs, beds, and sofas!!! This convenience is unmatched.

So light and goes under beds and chairs

This little vacuum is great to clean carpet, vinyl, ceramic and wood. I like the light to help me see dust I would otherwise miss. Love that it stands on its own and can hide in a closet. The cord length is great. I can plug in one spot and vacuum a large area.

Great Little Vacuum.

Absolutely LOVE this vacuum. It's not heavy which makes me not mind using it frequently and the lights really help out with ensuring we haven't missed any spots on the floor

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats love to dig up the dirt in my large plants after I water them tracking dirt and muddy paw prints. The Bissell Cat Cubby lifted it up instantly!!! Thought I would have to scrub the tiles but it took it all up.

Our long hair cat sleeps on the dining room chairs and his fur is so thick it sticks to the cushions and causes a mess. usually, I have to vacuum and then scrape up the rest of the hair, but when I use the Bissell hand vac with attachment it was a matter of seconds that is cleaned it all up. No scraping no 3rd and 4th pass. This is moving to the top of my house tool list!

Love the loooong cord and love the bag to keep all the accessories together

cannot say enough about this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this vacuum for so many reasons.
- The assembly was 1-2-3 easy. Didn't even need to check the instructions.
- Easily portable and lightweight compared to those fancy, expensive, battery operated vacuums.
- The flexibility to get all of the way under our furniture was glutch.
- The suction power on high was ideal for bare floors but I had to use the low setting for a low area rug.
- The light on the vacuum is also better compared to the expensive brand light for seeing the small dust particles.

Bissell Wins the Hard Wood Floor Challenge

Nice and light. Good suction. Love it has a lower speed for my lighter rugs.
Cord is nice and long. Love this machine!

I am very happy with this purchase. I have a cat and it cleans cat litter easily from hard floors and cat hair from carpet. The lights are super helpful too. Four stars because it's a bit heavy in my opinion.

Effective to clean cat litter

It's a gorgeous beast and has great suction, but it's actually heavy and can't go under places my other vacuums can.

Not lightweight

Janelle McFarlane

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum has some high points, but overall it let me down. The vacuum really wins with hardwood floors. It's super easy at cleaning up the numerous messes my two little boys leave on the kitchen floor. However, when transitioning from the kitchen floor to my carpets and rugs in the living room, it always overheats and stops working. Nothing is stuck in the roller, but we have to wait until it cools down to use it again. By that time, I'm over it.
