This vacuum is light and functional.  The dust bin empties easily and it cleans surfaces impressively.    I like the collapsing handle as I can clean under chairs without moving them and store it without nailing a battery into the wall.  The battery lasts 25 minutes, but I can finish the whole ground floor because I don’t need to move things around.  Finally, it is a snap to detach the portable hand vac. For picking up messes.  I am now using the Crosswave only when I want to wash floors.

Great little vacuum is so easy to use. Love how the handle is flexible, allowing for getting under furniture and folds for easy storage.  The cordless feature is so wonderful.  No more tripping over cords or having to relocate the plug to reach other parts of the house.

Efficient, Lightweight and Cordless

Looks very nice and detachable hand vacuum with upholstery brush is a great feature. I like the turquoise color and overall balanced and sleek design. I had similar kind of vacuum but recently it started giving trouble.

My new vacuum is wonderful.  Lots of power behind such a small vacuum.  I love it.  Being 83 yrs old .Ilike powerful, but not heavy and that is exactly what Ivgot.  Thank you tobthe nice people at Bissell forvyour help and kindness.

We simply replaced the Bissell that kept our floors clean for about 5+ years with a new one. It is the same model, We love the handy attachments, too.

The replacement is just as good as the original

I had an older version of this called the lithium bolt. And I love that vacuum, but this one's even better. It is smaller and weighs less But is more durable and maneuverable Around corners . Even better it's in my favorite color

A keeper

Absolutely love my little cordless stick vacuum. I have a whole house vacuum system but the stick vacuum makes it so easy to just pick up dirt and leaves, etc my dogs drag in, without having to drag out the long hose to my in house system.  Plenty of run time to clean many areas and very easy to empty.  Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quick, easy to handle vacuum.

My old 10.8 Stick vacuume the brush stopped running, so I bought a new one, after doing this I get a email saying if I buy a new one I will get a 20% discount if I buy a new one, and I replied I have already bought a new one and would appreaciate the 20% discount and get another e mail stating we cannot do that. then I found a wire on my old one was off the pin and I soldered it back on and now the brush works on the old one and I now have 2, 10.8 stick vacuums but Bissell would not issue a refund for me buying the new one after sending me a email saying because I bought it before they sent the offer.

This vacuum maybe made it a year. It's held onto the hinge by 1 tiny screw. Otherwise, battery life wasnt terrible. Charging was pretty slow though. Power was adequate for low pile rugs/carpet or bare floor.

Should have known better.

Initially, I thought well this is made by Bissell, a reputable name brand, however it does not pick up very well at all. You must go over an area again and again, and even THAT barely picks up. Very disappointing and it's going back. Sorry, I wish it was a better review...plus now I must find something else and next time, I'll research the brand much better than I did with this one.
