I had another one of these for the past 7 years it works excellent specially with my dog shedding all over the carpets, the powerful brush head gets every hair out of the carpet with ease, could not be happier with this model and for the price, it's great value

Great value for money, specially if you have pets

It's a fantastic vacuum, I love that it goes under beds and chairs easily. Also transitions from carpet to hardwood with no issues.
I clean after ever use and it's very easy to take pieces apart and reassemble

I am very satisfied because it is light and easy to work with and it picks up my dogs hair easily from the carpet

Recommend

The vacuum is lighter and just as easy to use as the former design we had.  Though we do find that the powerhead is not as powerful as the former model and has a very noticeable shorter power cord.  The previous one would allow us to vacuum through the main entry, hall and living & dining room from one outlet.  Now, we have to change the plug 3 times to clean these areas - that is very disappointing.

Love the vacuum, works great on my hardwood and area rugs. I have a dog and two kids to clean up after and it keeps great. Good suction and it's super easy to empty canister. It's lightweight for stairs and compact enough to tuck away in a closet. My only complaint is there is no onboard accessory storage and I am unable to find one to purchase separately. If I had known this I may have considered a different model. Other than that, great product

Great little unit no accessory storage

Purchased to replace my Dyson since it was half the price.   It is certainly not as sturdy but is much lighter weight than the Dyson, so it's easier to maneuver.  Does not have separate floor/carpet attachments (which I preferred) but the one power bar attachment actually works well with decent suction on both floor and carpet.  Hopefully it will last a number of years.

Happy with purchase

It is powerful and cleans the carpet well, but the black rubber band inside the canister came out easily when tossing the dust, and it is difficult to put it back since it is not fully attached.

Powerful but a fragile part

Cord could be longer and canister could be bigger.

Improvements

Very difficult to maneuver, I was expecting the power head to be able to connect to the shorter wand for easy stair cleaning but it doesn't not work. The hose does not move around well. I would not purchase again
