Simple design makes it easy to navigate and control.

Allows easy maneuvering around corners and furniture.

Cord length may be insufficient for larger spaces or rooms with limited outlets.

My only complaint is the very short cord in order to do my 1000 square-foot home. I need to change the plug about five times and then it needs to reheat for a short time before you can keep going. I'm not sure if it's safe to use an extension cord with this type of machine, but that makes me nervous.

I'm very happy with this. It is not heavy and it has a good quality. By can pushing the bottom it releases the steam and the towel part at the bottom has a good quantity. I have purchased different types before, but I wasn't happy with them. I recommend this mop👍🏼

This product definitely lived up to my expectations.  Easy to use and results are great.  You know sometimes we buy something and then talk ourselves out of using it ... not wanting to go to the trouble using the Bissell PowerEdge 2-1 Steam Mop/Hand Steamer is no trouble at all.

Good for small areas.

The device is light weight and easy to handle. But the water tank is very small, and constantly needs to be refilled often. The cord is also very short and I had to change recepticals 1-3 times in order to complete 1 room. The grout cleaner attachment does not work very well and hard to manoeuvre over the floor.

Not impressed

Very unhappy with this product; would much rather have the shark steam cleaner but it wasn't available
