Love this floor steam cleaner!  It's easy to use, makes cleaning all my hard surface floors so satisfying because of the amount of ground in dirt it picks up. Both disgusting and impressive! My floors are squeaky clean after I use this and feel so great under foot.    The two cloth cleaning heads that come with the steam cleaner are simple to put on and remove and just pop into the wash. I don't have to scrub anymore, the steam lifts the dirt almost effortlessly.  Be sure to vacuum/sweep before using as this model doesn't pick up particles.

Deep Cleaning

I like my floors clean, really clean! Clean enough to eat off of them. That's why I use this steamer. I've gone through a couple now because the stuff'n out of them. I'll likely go through more over he next 20 years and I'll only by Bissell because of the quality of the machine and results.

I love not carrying a big bucket to clean floors. It's quiet and easy to do and I know the ifkoors are clean with 2 dogs and 3 cats!

I would buy it again

This steam mop really gets the floors clean, including the corners.  It is easy to use and the water is easy to empty when finished.

Our previous Bissell steam mop finally died, so we bought the same again. Good product, like the added scrub brush.

Good enough to buy again

...I'm still trying to figure out how to clean our floors without leaving streaks. We're getting up lots of old ground-in dirt off our kitchen floor. But after every cleaning I can see streaks on the floor. I've tried changing pads sooner, working in smaller areas, nothing seems to work. So it's a steam clean, then a clean-up after the steam clean to get rid of the streaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Bissell steam mop because my Swiffer pistol steam mop broke. I couldn't buy the Swiffer Bissell steam mop anymore because they discontinued it. Big mistake that was a great product what they substituted for it as a piece of garbage. It was a pleasure putting Swiffer wet pads on and not having to deal with dirty reusable pads. I could mop the whole house with about two or three Swiffer pads and just throw them away plus it made the house smell great you really blew it Bissell bring it back or you lost me as a customer

I will never buy a steam mop with reusable pads again

I can't believe that this mop is not for mopping your floor but washing your floor with lots of water coming out. I'm really disappointed that it leaves so much water behind as you are mopping even if you put this on lower steam level still the water streaks out like poring buckets on the floor. After using this mop I had to grab my old dry mop and a big towel to clean out the water out of the floor. I'm really really really disappointed. I wish they can replace this with something better. I would recommend people not to waste your money on this product. By reading the reviews I don't know how some people get away with lots of water coming out of this mop and still gives 5 stars I got trapped on the reviews so please do not make the same mistake that I made. I wish they take it back. I would love to hear something back from Bissell.
