[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really loving my steam floor cleaner! I have used it on my kitchen floor and it cleaned so well and left no sticky residue on my floor. It made my floor so shiny and clean that you had to be careful not to slide around awhile walking in your socks! My floors haven't felt like that in a long time. I also cleaned some rugs with it and wow! They felt soft and new again! I am enjoying cleaning again because I really can feel the difference that this machine offers!

Wonderful

This is our second Bissell power steamer. We love it and it does a great job. Our first one lasted 10 years and was happy with it so bought another one. Great product that's great on hardwood and tile. We also have the Bissell spot carpet cleaner for pets and love it.

Bissell Power Fresh Steamer

This steam cleaner is fabulous for tile floors!    This is my second purchase and I wanted the same kind again.  The first lasted a little over 2 years but that was my fault because I didn't use distilled water.  THIS IS A MUST!  The hard water deposits will clog it up eventually and then the steam stops coming out.  Other than that it is easy to use and my floors look great and really clean.  I especially like that you don't have to buy any cleaners or extra stuff to use this (except distilled water...which is very cheap).  The pads that came with my first cleaner are still in good shape so now I have 4 pads to switch off week to week.   Hopefully this one will last longer now that I have mended my ways to not using tap water!

Omg I love my steam mop my floors look and feels super clean and looks wonderful thanks bissell this was a great purchase

Would change a few things. First, a triangular mop head. Bissel made one once and I loved it. Second, change to a flat top for water intake container. Tipping it upside down I can't balance the angular top while holding a gallon of distilled water. Difficult with a broken wrist. Third - needs an on/off switch. Unplugging to turn it off is strange. Finally, the most aggravating - the balance is off and tips over each time I walk away to move furniture, for example.-  It does clean very well, however.

Some suggested changes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new steamer, just wish the pad came clean. They advertise to just throw it in the wash! Well, it looked just as dirty coming out of the washer as it did going in. The next time, I threw it directly into a bucket of white vinegar first. It didn't seem to help at all. Cleans great, it's just hard to put a filthy looking pad on to clean each time.

The steam does not come out evenly. It does heat up quickly though and does an okay job, just not as good as other steamer cleaners I have had in the past.

There maybe better products

Called and had replacement parts sent two times but the steam mop never worked.
