[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop is great for quick cleanup and the mop head is easy to clean. I just rinse thoroughly under hot water, ring it out by hand, and stick it back on the mop. Refilling is quick and the bottle holds enough water for several uses before needing to be refilled. It is light and easy to store. I use it all the time.

BISSELL Homecare

This steam cleaner is fabulous for tile floors!    This is my second purchase and I wanted the same kind again.  The first lasted a little over 2 years but that was my fault because I didn't use distilled water.  THIS IS A MUST!  The hard water deposits will clog it up eventually and then the steam stops coming out.  Other than that it is easy to use and my floors look great and really clean.  I especially like that you don't have to buy any cleaners or extra stuff to use this (except distilled water...which is very cheap).  The pads that came with my first cleaner are still in good shape so now I have 4 pads to switch off week to week.   Hopefully this one will last longer now that I have mended my ways to not using tap water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Bissell Powerfresh Scrubbing and Sanitizing Steam Mop! My last one lasted eight years, using weekly on my laminate floor. Dogs can be messy at times and this mop is so easy to use. When I finish steam cleaning the floor, it looks like new again.

It made my floor so shiny and clean that you had to be careful not to slide around awhile walking in your socks! My floors haven't felt like that in a long time. I also cleaned some rugs with it and wow! They felt soft and new again! I am enjoying cleaning again because I really can feel the difference that this machine offers!

Worth investing

Would change a few things. First, a triangular mop head. Bissel made one once and I loved it. Second, change to a flat top for water intake container. Tipping it upside down I can't balance the angular top while holding a gallon of distilled water. Difficult with a broken wrist. Third - needs an on/off switch. Unplugging to turn it off is strange. Finally, the most aggravating - the balance is off and tips over each time I walk away to move furniture, for example.-  It does clean very well, however.

Some suggested changes

Like the option to quick vac up and then mop but the mop has to be replaced or if younuse the washable replacement , then washed nearly every time or the floor smudges even if you did just vac prior.

I do not like this steam mop I will be returning it
