Its lightweight design and swivel steering work in my favor, giving me easy maneuverability, which makes cleaning quick and less of a chore. Plus, with specialized pet tools, I can effortlessly switch from cleaning my floors to those above floor spots like blinds, corners and upholstery that easily collect pet hair and dust. Very good vaccum cleaner

The BISSELL® PowerGroom® Vacuum Cleaner

This Bissell PowerGroove Swivel Rewind Pet is the absolute BEST vacuum I have purchased (And I have gone through several). I have 3 large breed dogs who shaed A LOT. This vacuum is used faily without fail. It is light weight, appealing authentically and easy to use. The swivel function is easy on the shoulders as is the self rewind power cord. The bagless system is great with a one touch button to empty into the garbage bag/bin. Additionally, the power bar is designed to not tangle with hair and the suction can pick up heavy debris deep within the carpet. The hand held system and it's attachments work wonders on cleaning the couch and the tumble weeds of hair that inevitably float underneath it. It also comes with a tool that I use to vacuum my dogs with to which they love and will sit for. This is a must for pet parents.

Pet Hair Eliminator

My old Bissell still works, but its container was small. I decided to buy this newer one with a larger capacity. The positives: it has good suction power, swivel head is great and wider, and the roller cleans the carpet very well, the hose is more flexible, the foam filter is an inch thick. The design of the turbo suction is improved and the container is easier to clean. The design of the beater is improved as the brushes are of different widths and the beater bar diameter is larger. Strangely, long hair does not seem to wrap around as much as it did for the old roller. Cleaning the old roller was a real pain. The negatives: some of the features of the older model are gone. No HEPA filter. The beater could be turned off. You cannot clean under bed unless you use the hose. There is a new mini roller attachment you put on the hose to clean carpet under the bed, but it is small. Extra work will be involved. Fortunately, I don't clean under the bed too often. It cleans floors faster and that makes up for it. It also weighs less than the old model. Recommended. 5 stars for the price and how well it cleans. I also have a Bissell 20V lithium hand vac that has been working like new for 6 years so far. Can't go wrong with a Bissell.

No complaints, picks up hair and dust very well

Powerful! It did exactly what I needed it to do, on the carpet and the floors. The clear canister made me aware of I how much stuff was hidden. Easy to maneuver and the added tools worked well on the hard to reach spots. I am a happy cleaner customer.

Very good machine, with a powerful vacuum motor.  Easy to dispose of what is picked up, easy to clean.  Not really the right tool for stairs:  it's a bit heavy and the hose for reaching upward is somewhat short.  For rugs and bare floors, however, it can't be beat.  We like the retracting cord, too.

So far it's great! I love how it swivels. So nice to find a corded vacuum that's light(ish) and powerful. Great attachments, the brush is fantastic. The turbo brush roll is actually a bit scary it's so powerful haha, works very well. The cord is long, which is great. Auto-rewind cord is amazing. I think the only con is how loud it is because you can't turn off the brush roll when doing hard floors. But not worth losing any stars for that.

Excellent big little machine for a great price

After vacuuming with a vacuum after the vacuum, i hand it had pulled up a lot more stuff out of the carpets swivel head and the retractable cord make it ideal for vacuuming every day

Powerful, easy to set up cleanb and use; a great value for the price; and it removes stubborn embedded pet hair - exactly the reasons why we bought it. Bissell delivers.

Good strong VC, a little heavy but good for the price. Only complaint is they didn't make a holder for one of the attachments- like it was an afterthought.

My comment is about the missing parts. The bag with the screws was empty.  I contacted customer service and all they said was that I should return for a refund.  That is a 90 minute return trip; for 2 screws.  No other help. I'm not able to use the machine as is. as  the handle will come off. so I can't comment on the machine use itself. very disappointed 😞 indeed
