I have three cats, Two dogs, and a husband.   All of whom are very talented at making mess.  I'll be honest- the selling review - " it sucks too hard" was a selling point for me .  I've had No problems with it, and love that when it starts to loose sucking power, that you just have to take it apart and clean/wash the filters to return it to working order.  My two vacuums previous were Bissels and I've loved them all until they just plain wore out.  They're durable, they work, and they're affordable.   I had another brand(given to me) briefly between this one and the last- and it was terrible.  Back to the BisseLL!

I LOVE this Vacuum!

I bought this last month and it's my 2nd Bissell Vacuum. The first one lasted five years and I still may be able to revive it when I have some time. The only maintenance was keeping the washable filter clean. This one takes about five minutes to unbox and assemble. It's is a bit quieter and has a slightly larger capacity than the old one.  Suction is strong and the attachments good for around the house.  The vacuum is made of hard plastic that looks like it was pulled out of 90's Chrysler and it is a bit brittle in places. You need to be careful when removing and emptying it as any damage will write it off.  Overall, great for the price and recommended.

super easy to assemble

Best light weight upright vacuum for the price. I bought this to replace a bit cheaper (blue one) Bissell vacuum, which was good but the blue 1 died after 2 years of use. I hope this Red one will last longer.
Suction power is much more than the blue one for just little be of added weight and much prefer this Red one.

Best light weight upright vacuum for the price

My last Bissell was a 12 amp so when I realized that this one was only 9 amp I was worried I would not have the same performance that I was used to.  I worried in vain because this one is great with lots of power and it is very light weight which is also a bonus.  I have used it 3 times now and each time it performed very well as expected.  I always buy Bissell because I can count on their products plus, and a very important plus, they take care animals.

Great Product

This vacuum is pretty amazing. After a vacuuming followed by a professional cleaning, this vacuum picked up enough "leftovers" in one room to fill the cannister. It's light weight and easy take remove the cannister and filter for cleaning. If you have pets and carpets, you need this machine. I was so impressed I bought a second machine for my daughter.

The pet hair killer

This vaccuum cleaner is awesome! I had a Dirt Devil and it wasn't picking much up. I used my Bissell and my area rug looks almost brand new again! Couldnt believe all the cat hair in the canister. Great producy esp for the price! Would def recommend!

Best vacuum for seniors. Easy to handle. Easy to take apart and clean both filters. Vacuums carpet well. 
Negative comment and missing one star is because it needs another long cylindrical attachment to use with hose attachment. Too hard to bend and reach spots with only the one it comes with.

Bissel Powerforce Turbo Bagless vacuum

It picks up fine dust well but, easily gets clogged by paper.  Almost everytime I use it I have to unclog it.  However it sucks up socks like nothing. It is also good for hair, you just pull it off the cylinder. Dumping the canister can also be an issue. Compared to previous Bissell models the extentions are to short and hard to reach, however I do like the new mini vacuum attachment.

It is useless. Heats up pretty fast and just after 10 days it started making noise and brush started getting stuck. Returned.

Don't buy it!!
