I live in a 12 year old home and have had commercial carpet cleaners in to do my carpets.The last time I had them cleaned was 3 years ago.I used this Bissell cleaner once with the cleaning solution to “deep clean + protect” and my carpets look like they are brand new.Can't praise this machine too much.
However I am a little miffed at Wal-mart.....a week or so after my purchase the carpet cleaner was put on sale for $60.00 less than I paid. Friendandmore

Excellent machine

I purchased this steam cleaner afternoon reading alot of reviews. We have a 17 year old cat who at times has a "accident".
We have carpet in the basement and area rugs over the hardwood upstairs. It cleaned all of them beautifully. Remove all the stains with ease.
So easy to use with great results. I highly recommend this product.

Does a great job

I was skeptical to buy any of this carpet cleaners, but after reading other's reviews I thought to give it a try. Got this before Christmas, and I am so surprised .It cleaned my carpet after one year of cleaning it with a rental carpet cleaner.This one is much more easier to handle, and did a great job. The results are terrific. love this product. It is very easy to assemble and take care of it too. Recommended it to some people as well.

Exited about this product!

I bought this carpet cleaner because my original carpet cleaner final failed. It was a much larger Bissell and was far too heavy for me to operate. This carpet cleaner is very easy to use and maneuver. It is easier to use in every way. It still has the quality of Bissell and at an affordable price.

Light weight

I was very skeptical, but this is a wonderful unit. Using the Bissel cleaner with Oxy , we were able to remove long standing stains that the rented unit hadn't gotten out last year ! Good suction, easy to use and clean; carpets and upholstery look like new. Would highly recommend.

Nice machine

Holds more water than older model, so less time filling up. Plastic tool to remove blockage was a brilliant idea. Overall I'd say it works better than I expected, which is great when it needs to be used often.

I love my carpet cleaner so much. I have a 1 year old so this is a must with him. Its super light weight as well which is awesome for how much I have to use it. The pro heat feature is nice but it doesnt really keep it that hot. I am not very happy with walmarts shipping and how they just leave stuff at your door. Im afraid I might lose something.

Awesome tool!!

I used my machine to clean an old pet stain and a mystery stain and they both came out really well. I thought I would have had to clean the whole carpet but I didn't have to.  Very good product.  It was easy to use as well, the instructions were very clear.  The only down thing is it very large like a vacuum so storage it not great.

Very good product

I bought this for my living room and dining room carpets. Works well but getting dog hair out of brushes not easy. Found a trick though. After using included tool passed 2 sheets of paper towel under the brushes by manually turning them. This pushed out the hair and dried the plastic cover at the same time. Once from top and once from bottom. Grab the hair as it comes through and you are done. Found the professional formula worked best.

Bought this online 1 week ago. Received it yesterday and assembled it.  Filled up the water/solution tank today and immediately, water leaked onto the floor.   Took the tank off, made sure I followed all installation instructions one more time and it still leaked.  I have been a janitor for the last 20 years and have assembled many machines; vacuum cleaners, carpets cleaners, buffers, etc...NEVER had a problem until now.
