[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I have 4 cats, and I am a clean freak. I purchased my first spin wave approximately 3 or 4 years ago and then decided I needed another one, I have a 2000 sq ft house all tile. But a month ago it seemed like the 1st one was only going about 15 mins on a charge, so I started looking around to see about getting another one, and on Bissel site they have this remanufactured spin wave, so I got that one also, but talked to one of Bissell help they told me that the old one just needed a battery and if that is not the problem I can always return the battery. I really love these spin waves I have all 3 going at one time, I love the mopping feature, it also vacuums at the same time, you would not believe all of the hair and keeps the dust off the floor. I have allergies, so I really need a clean house and when my husband asks me what I did today, well I mopped all the floors what more do you want me to do? I just pick up my phone and go to the app and just set all to go, they all find their way home, I am still figuring out how they know which bay is theirs, but they do, sort of scary on that one. I try to run these every day, might as well. Do I need 3, well no, but I like them that much. If anyone has any issues with these, they just have to read the manual or call Bissel help desk, they are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought one a few years ago. It does a nice job. (Have never used the mop attachment though). Sometimes i have to "set it up for success" by blocking it in an area it keeps missing. But thats no big deal. Decided to get this one so i could get the cleaning done twice as fast and to have "matching" tools. Like them both! I would even buy another one.

This IS my SECOND ONE (Like them both!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, pretty happy with this. Compared to my other bot vac, this is much quieter, better vac power and larger dust bin. In a multi-pet household, the performance and dust bin size are a plus. I noticed others have commented about the navigation, but I have not seen any issues with that. Battery life and homing work well also.

Glad I gave this a try.

While understanding that it doesnt have mapping of the home like some higher end models i will not that this little guy vacuumed the same area of my home 4 times without progressing to any other location. Front sensors dont seem to be smart enough to stop it from runnings into a rod iron stool and continuing to push it throughout my home. Also when it gets to a while it stops, backs up, and turns around. However, When turning it runs into the wall causing it to rub and throw itself off course. I sent it back and got a crosswave instead.

Needs Improvment

My Bissell stopped working. When I first used it I thought it was great. Now it doesn't work. I googled what it was doing but haven't figured out what it's problem is. It turns on and stops and makes 2 noises. There are no red lights, just stops. It is charged up too.

I would not but this product again.
