[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am reviewing this not just for the #sweepstakes but also because it is an excellent carpet cleaner that I use nearly daily. It is loud but the most powerful portable vac I have ever had. Previously i had a little green machine and then a little green pro heat and this one blows both of those two out of the water. This is powerful enough to get every stain, and the stain trapper tool helps keep the hose clean by getting most of the pet mistakes up before i switch to the carpet tool to soap and get the rest of the mess cleaned. 100% would buy again!

Easy to use and VERY POWERFUL

I use this for auto interior detailing. Is very compact & easy to move around a car. Cord is plenty long just wish the hose was a little longer. But its small size makes it easy to take inside the car if needed. Has plenty of suction to remove stubborn stains. The first car I used it on was completely trashed. Floor and cloth seats were filthy. It took care of all of it with a little help from a drill brush. Very impressed with this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old dog that has a lot of accidents. The paper towel and frizzon route wasn't working great. I purchased this and it does a much better job. The attachment that lets the contents stay in the small container rather than being transferred to the tank is great. Saves a lot of machine clean up time. It's not small, but once set up, it can be deployed in seconds and is faster at removing dog accidents than any other method. The size lets it support a large enough motor to generate real suction. I like it a lot and would definitely purchase again.

It was very easy to assemble and also quite effective at removing stains. We have also used it for smaller areas such as the carpet on the floor of the golf cart, very effective. I can see we will be using the carpet cleaner for many different stains.

The engineers do need to take a look at the connection between the handle and hose as I can see that this will be a vulnerable spot as the cleaning process places stress in this location. They should have incorporated a swivel device to prevent failure. Despite this I still recommend buying this product.

I would definitely buy this machine again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zero complaints. Easy to set up and use. I used it to clean my couch, recliner, and automobile seats. Works excellent with little effort. The machine and cleaner do most of the labor! Cleaned up all the mess from being a dog owner.

Best purchase of the year

I purchased this to aid in detailing my cars. 

Pros: It is lightweight and very portable. It does clean decently, but requires many passes sometimes to come out clean. The power cord is very long.

Cons: It is loud, very loud, I'm a car guy so typically noise doesn't bother me, but with this I wear ear plugs. The hose is too short; I typically have to lift it into the car with me and work my way out. It can be annoying in some awkward places and again its loud and your right next to it. 

Overall, I would purchase again, I have always been happy with Bissel products and for the price I feel it was worth it.

It does a good job, not great, but good enough.

The water tank does leak (it has to be flipped to add to the machine) and it is challenging to clean all the parts once finished. The last portable Bissell we had started clogging up soon after the first use. It worries me that the same thing will happen since it is difficult to clean all the parts.

Does its job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for pet accidents and furniture cleaning. The hose is a little short and it just reaches the top of my sofa, so cleaning involves a lot of machine moving. Also it looks like the hose attachment to the hand piece gets kinked when you mount it on the machine for storage... a weak point others have noted. I also made a zip tie loop so it hangs off the machine rather than use the mount, hopefully it will prevent problems. Other than those issues, a solid machine that does the job well. Once you figure out how to get the top off the waste bucket, it is easy to empty and clean. it has enough vacuum to let the carpet dry fast.

Nice machine

Product is poor quality.  Leaks from the start with this, has progressively worsened leaking from bottom of machine to hose.  All the dirty water from the tank leaks out, it's disgusting.  I wish I had utilized the warranty while the product was covered, but due to limited use I forgot how bad the vacuum is until the next random time I pulled it out.  I hate this cleaner and regret the purchase.  If you want to clean your carpet vs just further scrubbing in whatever you're attempting to suction (suction is awful), avoid at all costs.  Not sanitary. Just a bummer, makes me want to stay away from bissell products moving forward.
