Dog Hair Removal

Designed for effortless handling and operation.

Can be convenient with auto-retraction, but may be too short for some users.

Works well on various types of hard floors.

Has varying suction levels for different cleaning tasks.

Good basic vacuum. Great suction. I use it on my rugs and wood floors and am pleased with it. The price is right.

Gets the job done for a good price

Light

Our upright cannister vacuum pooped out finally and we decided to try a bagged one instead. I watched Rhett and Link from Good Mythical Morning suck up multiple hot dogs with this model in a video a long time ago and for the affordable price decided to throw caution to the wind. Best decision ever. We have two dogs, two cats, and a bunny (all of whom shed at the same time). This thing is no match for their fur in addition to carpets, couches, hardwood, tile, upholstery, walls, vents, cracks, and crevices. Bit of a learning curve adjusting to a non-upright vac, but well worth it. Plan to get a giant pair of google eyes to put on the canister for our little Zingy. 12/10:)

Buy it! GMM is never wrong

BISSELL Homecare

very effective

Products works properly, but hard to access confined spaces like under the bed. The handle gets ditched from the hose, and the angle of the vacuum head doesn't support collecting dust.

Good product

Will

It works well on floors and some of my area rugs but is too strong for the thinner ones (even big thin ones). I had chosen this machine with the variable suction for exactly this situation but the lower setting is not quite low enough.

If you don't have thin area rugs, this seems a good buy.

A bit too strong for area rugs

I wish the cord was longer.
The retractable cord doesn't go in smoothly. Have to hit the mechanism several times for the entire cord to retract. (and yes the cord is open all the way and not twisted, etc.)
Doesn't work well on area rugs.
No holder to put the brush attachment, which is quite small.
The connection between the wand and the hose is pretty weak for a Bissell.
I'm sorry that I didn't buy another Mighty Mite.

My opinion of Zing

It is only good for low carpet / area rugs. If you have a thick carpet or rug, get a better vacuum. The attachments keep apart while vacuum and definitely not designed for a tall person. I do not recommend this for rooms. Bare floors and area rugs only

Not powerful

This is a cute little vacuum but very low quality. Vacuums well but hoses keep coming apart. Had to tape them together. Would not recommend.

Cute but cheap.

Janelle McFarlane

The vacuum power isn't great, even at MAX, but that's not the worst part about it. At full extension of wand I have to be fully hunched over (I'm 5'6") to push the wand in such a way that it grips the carpet. I got a canister vacuum for a head that can reach hard to reach places that a bulky stand up cannot, but this machine doesn't solve that issue. The head is unable to pick up small debris sitting on top of the carpet without significant force exerted. Other notes include that there is on board storage for only one of the two small attachments.

Sucks.. and not in the good way

BISSELL® ZING II Bagged Canister Vacuum portable canister vacuum with lightweight carry handle, metal telescoping wand, flexible swivel hose and multi-surface floor nozzle; features automatic cord rewind, full-bag indicator and easy on/off, often used for cleaning car interiors.
