Our upright cannister vacuum pooped out finally and we decided to try a bagged one instead. I watched Rhett and Link from Good Mythical Morning suck up multiple hot dogs with this model in a video a long time ago and for the affordable price decided to throw caution to the wind. Best decision ever. We have two dogs, two cats, and a bunny (all of whom shed at the same time). This thing is no match for their fur in addition to carpets, couches, hardwood, tile, upholstery, walls, vents, cracks, and crevices. Bit of a learning curve adjusting to a non-upright vac, but well worth it. Plan to get a giant pair of google eyes to put on the canister for our little Zingy. 12/10:)

I had a canister vac and mistaking Gabe it away for a ‘stick' type vacuum. I like this little canister but the hose is a little stiff, wish it was more playable.

Good small vac

We recently installed new flooring in our home. The flooring manufacturer recommends not using a vacuum with a beater bar. I found the Zing online and the price was inexpensive enough for me to try it. The vacuum is very light weight but has great suction. The adjustable wand is made of metal so it is more durable than the plastic one used by a competitor. We do have two dogs and one is a big shedder of fur so I opted for a vacuum with a bag since the two other bagless ones we already have fill up to soon and I am constantly cleaning them out. I also enjoy the cord self reeling feature as it store the cord internally and make storage cleaner. If I need to use it on the stairs, it is light weight enough to carry it with ease. All in all it is a great vacuum and a lower price.

Economical Cleaner

This is my second Bissell Zing.  Great suction.  I purchase shop vac assessories to use with it.  It is a great way to vacuum/detail the car.

Good basic vacuum. Great suction. I use it on my rugs and wood floors and am pleased with it. The price is right.

Gets the job done for a good price

On the website, I told your chatbot that I wanted a cleaner which included a crevice tool.  It recommended "Zing," so apparently nobody had "told" it that the crevice tool for Zing is no longer available.  The cleaner itself works, so I won't send it back, but I do feel cheated out of something I specifically asked for--I shouldn't have been told it was included when it was not.

Promised attachment which doesn't exist

Products works properly, but hard to access confined spaces like under the bed. The handle gets ditched from the hose, and the angle of the vacuum head doesn't support collecting dust.

It works well on floors and some of my area rugs but is too strong for the thinner ones (even big thin ones). I had chosen this machine with the variable suction for exactly this situation but the lower setting is not quite low enough. 

If you don't have thin area rugs, this seems a good buy.

I wanted to like this but there was such a high pitched whine when we ranit that I sent it back.
I didnt expecct top of the line considering the price but all the attachments felt very cheaply made and I question whether they would have held up.

Didnt care for it

The vacuum power isn't great, even at MAX, but that's not the worst part about it. At full extension of wand I have to be fully hunched over (I'm 5'6") to push the wand in such a way that it grips the carpet. I got a canister vacuum for a head that can reach hard to reach places that a bulky stand up cannot, but this machine doesn't solve that issue. The head is unable to pick up small debris sitting on top of the carpet without significant force exerted. Other notes include that there is on board storage for only one of the two small attachments.

Sucks.. and not in the good way
