Surprisingly nice build quality and power for relatively inexpensive drill. Feels like a DeWalt, not like a no-name brand

Nice quality

At 20V this tool is as powerful as some 24V brands without the bulkiness and heaviness. Long lasting battery and durably built. I bought this one for my 12 yr old grandson to learn on and he loves it. The one I have I've had for 4 yrs and its as strong as ever! It's just a well built and reliable tool.

I feel very handy for in the house. My hubby has one that I could use, but I wanted one for myself inside the house. So far I have installed a much needed towel rack for the bathroom and the power tool did exactly what I needed it to do. I like Black + Decker!!!

Lightweight which is perfect for me as I am an older woman who lacks the bicep strength for most power tools.  Battery takes a couple hours to charge, which means purchasing a spare battery to keep working without the lag time.  Very strong for a battery tool and is super quiet - which I luv, luv, luv.

Quiet and light

I bought one of these about ten years ago for my husband(a contractor)and it still works but the grip is wearing off. So I thought I'd get him another one and I'll keep the other for a house back up. Seriously the best drill it takes so many hits and keeps working.

This was the third drill I have bought! This time I bought the three year warranty! I didn't even make it 2 months and the same thing happened to this drill! The switch just quit working, The switch went out of the other two. I called Black and Decker they told me to take it to a repair shop! The switch was not available to replace from Black %26Decker
