Can be straightforward, but also overwhelming for some users.

Works really good to cool our boys room. We live in Northern Ca and so far this is working great to cool off their bedroom. They have high ceilings, which can make it harder to cool but it is working great to keep them cool at night.

It was easy to install , keeps the room nice and cool. Ive only had it a couple of weeks but so far no complaints.

I use this for a supplement for our large bedroom. works great , we turn it on 64 at night and freeze.

Placed this a/c in my living room, which abuts an open dining room/kitchen. I can feel it in all areas, so I'd say it cools nicely (in 90° weather). Very quiet (in lower speed) and powerful (in highest speed) - keeps you cool and comfortable, adjustable fan speed cools the air to 65° at the coolest setting, and sleep mode makes it extra quiet. Love this unit: exceeds my expectations!

Very easy to understand directions. Packed -  well protected. The coolness is exactly what I needed.

The directions to put it together arrived printed multiple times on top of each other and were illegible. I looked them up online and began. Quickly I discovered that the panel for the window is too big for my tiny window and has to be shortened. I'm about a third of the way sawing through it. Taking a break. I'm just so tired. I wish this could have installed easier.

Not as easy to install as I had hoped.

Shipped from California to North Dakota. The box was taped up and I opened in while  UPS waited. The back of the A/C was damaged, the cord was damaged and I refused to accept it. UPS took it back. I am glad that I read previous reviews and that I was home when delivered.

Not packaged well enough to survive 5 day shipping

Fan noise is intolerable.  Unit does not operate according to the manual.  Fan speed cannot be controlled with the buttons or with the remote.  Setting the fan to low only works until the temperature rises, then the fan goes to max.  Wife says "throw it out and get something quieter so I can sleep"
