Cools the air down to 61 degrees Fahrenheit, dehumidifies up to 76 pints every 24 hours, and circulates air with 3 fan settings to stand up to summer heat in rooms up to 550 sq. ft. This Portable Air Conditioner features easy-to-use LED electronic controls and is quiet while you sleep, 53dB on highest setting. Window kit includes foam seal, slider bracket, 5.9 inch diameter air exhaust hose, hose inlet and outlet, 2 locking screws and drain hose. Works in double hung or sliding windows only, no crank windows. To minimize noise and vibration, the air conditioner should be placed on a firm floor. For safe and secure positioning, place the unit on a smooth, level floor strong enough to support the unit. Connect the duct and make sure it can function properly. Microprocessor control delays the compressor from operating until 3 mins have passed. Thermostat range is from 61 degrees to 88 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes easy to use LCD remote control (2 AAA batteries required for remote - not included). 115V~/60Hz. 1320 Watts. Annual energy usage 862 Kwh. We purchased this AC unit for our upstairs bedroom, folks living in a two story house know the struggle of the downstairs being nice %26 cool but upstairs still to warm! It works to cool our room wonderfully

Not as powerful as I had hoped but it helps. The plastic slides for the window could come in a smaller size for small windows and it would be more convenient.

its easy to move from one room to another with out the heavy lifting

It really does cool the room down. However I've had it for a month and the condenser is loud as heck now and there's already a warp on the inside filters from the coil

Works well gets loud fast

Initially cools the bedroom at night for sleeping but after reaching desired temperature it shuts off and never cools again the whole night.  Very frustrating!

Nice machine but doesn't work properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give negative stars if I could. I was so excited when it came in read the instructions set it up waited the 24hrs it said to wait. first time I used it it was working good for about 2 hours until around 5pm it made a funny clunking noise and died.  Ok that was wierd but it was peak energy time maybe it was some wierd surge from the power company. Turned it back on 15 minutes later work fine. Next turned it on worked fine for 45 minutes then it made that weird clunking sound and turned off. this kept happening. in order to use the system we would have it on for 20 minutes and turn it off for 20 minutes. After a week of having it I shipped it back.

Don't do it. It's a piece of trash
