I purchased this trimmer when it was on sale.. what I didn't like was it appear to be used. both the manufacturer and walmart said they would make it better.. the manufacturer said they didn't sell used things. i took walmart up. add captain because I really needed to trim my bushes.. what I love about this is it's a plugin. electric pugs , give it more power and weigh less.. which is important to me
It has a thing to put your cord through, but it never works.Because they make a too thin , I use a three pound plug outside and it does work 42 pr

the trimmer I appreciate I got it finally

walmart.com

This is a really nice hedge trimmer. I doubt there is a better value out there. You may spend a lot more and get one a little better, but at this price you won't beat it. It seems very durable and cuts effortlessly. I trimmed up some hedges in my back yard and had no problems whatsoever. I am not sure how thick of branches it can cut, but for the smaller branches on the hedges I was using it on, it worked perfectly. It is pretty light weight and easy to operate. Black and Decker has always been a good brand. Their products are an excellent blend of quality and affordability. Unless you are a professional who is pushing a hedge trimmer to its limits everyday, you probably won't regret buying this one. I am very happy with mine and the money I saved.

Great value and works fine

Well-made, light weight, easy to handle, feels balanced, good safety features, great price online. There is minimal assembly required, just a safety shield that attaches with a single screw (phillips type). There is a neat interlocking feature to keep your extension cord plugged in. Must stay alert when using corded trimmers like this, but I prefer corded to batteries. Makes clean, even cuts when I trim my yew shrubs. Recommended.

Easy to use corded trimmer at a great price

While my absolute preference would be for a battery powered unit; for a corded trimmer this does the job very well and is designed to keep the cord sufficiently out of the way

hedge trimmer

It is light weight and so easy to use. It cuts right through my hedges and my Lantana.
I am elderly with arthritis in both hands and in my entire spine and I have muscle issues as well.
I could not find my other two electric hedge trimmers, they were not put back where they belong. So I ordered these. These are light weight and so easy to use. I can handle these. And they are a good length as well. I sprayed a little WD-40 on the blade, top and bottom before I got started. I was so proud of myself in what I accomplished in the length of time
I had before it got dark. I have plans to get more done on the up coming warmer days

Perfect length and weight, these handle so well.

Perfect size for my needs. Plenty of power. Nice and light and easy to use.

Just right for my needs.

The Colonel.

Excellent choice, for normal home use. No regrets

works great. only drawback is it needs to be plugged in
