[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mower comes with 2) 2 Ah batteries and a trickle charger. My yard used 2 new 4 Ah batteries a 3 Ah battery and part of a 3 Ah battery. So I see why people complain about taking days to do the yard . Grass was high in some spots. . Unfolding was easy , height was on 3. Mulching and bagging apparently use more power. Easy to push. Looks nice.  Can't get the spare battery holder door open yet. Found 2 ,4 Ah batteries for $37.00 and 2 more for $47.00. keep shopping, I've watched the price go way up and down . Tariffs may make things more expensive. I also like the key that pulls out.

what used to take 30-45 minutes, now takes two days....

I like the weight of the mower; it makes it easy to maneuver.  I like the 3 options available for mowing, regular, mulching and bagging. The storage compartment for the second battery is handy. The mower is so much quieter than a gasoline powered mower. That said, these are the cons. I have .18 acre with a ranch house, a double car garage and vegetable garden on the lot and I can never mow the entire yard at one time with two charged batteries. Years ago I had a B & D Firestorm drill, saw and reciprocating saw set and was disappointed by the short life of the battery charge. I was really hoping B & D had made significant gains as to the length of time their batteries held a charge. I was profoundly disappointed. It also takes a very long time to recharge the batteries so my lot cannot be mowed in one day.  My other concern is that I wish there were more adjustments for the handle to accommodate the wide range of heights of people mowing.

I have 3 other B%26D products, so had extra batteries to finish. Like your products just had bad luck with this one.
