[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love using this toaster oven! I'm constantly faced with needing something quick for kids on the run between school and practice. The fact that no preheating is required is awesome for our always running late family! We mostly use it for pizza, but I have also made toasted bagels, Texas toast and open faced toasted tuna sandwiches. Having never used a toaster oven regularly I was skeptical of having yet another appliance in my kitchen, but not only is it staying in my kitchen, it has a permanent place on the counter. No sense putting something away that gets at least once a day!

Pizza Perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so easy to use, settings are easy to read turn dial and go. pre heat for ten mins for the oven feature or toast leftovers to warm them up. this is by far the simplest smallest toaster oven ive ever had. space wise its perfect for my small kitchen, and yet i can still make my sons 2 waffles in the morning with room.

I'll change my review to 5 stars if someone can tell me what the point of the baking tray is? I see it can slide into the rack but why? What would you do with it? It's not for catching crumbs cuz that's what the crumb tray is for...?

Great oven, but one question

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old toaster oven fell apart, the door fell off, so it was time to replace it. I wanted a toaster oven that did more than toast. If a toaster oven was taking up space on my counter it had to do more than toast. This oven does just that as it is large enough to bake and broil in it. I love that I can cook a snack in this oven and I dont have to waste gas by turning on the big oven. My husband likes to melt cheese on sandwiches in it and my teen uses it to reheat pizza in it and to make nachos in it. It has a dial with different temperature settings so you can bake it it. The heating elements are large so the toaster oven heats like a big oven. This oven is large but does not take up a lot of space on my counter. I like that it has two slots to position the rack, high or low. I gave this a 4 because of the crumb catcher that slides in and out of the bottom. When you pull the crumb catcher rack out, it is at a slant so the crumbs fall off and go into the bottom of the oven. That makes more work for me as I have to clean up the mess.

A big oven that does not take up a lot of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Black and Decker Toaster Oven is roomy and does a nice job on most regular foods however I wasn't impressed on how it cooked my pizza. It cooked uneven leaving parts under cooked. I have tried adjusting cooking temps and times but it remains inconsistent.

Mixed Feelings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this product and am a little mixed in my opinion of this product. I like that it is taller than most toaster ovens I have used. It keeps things from burning on the top before they are cooked all the way through. I use my toaster oven alot and have had trouble in the past with that. I was happy when I tried this and found my biscuits and cookies got cooked all the way through without burning on the outside.

On the flip side, I found that the tray that came with it was very cheap and warped and bent on the first use. Also, there is no way to fit six slices of toast in this oven without squeezing it or having a second rack to cook both layers. The tray that is included I had to squeeze to get 4 slices on it. I found this frustrating.

I think the product would be better advertised as a 4 slice toaster oven and if a little better care was taken in producing the tray. It is thin and obvious that corners were cut when making it.

Functional but a little disappointing.

Video and online photos show all silver exterior and what appears to be metal heating rods. What I got was a toaster over with a black painted exterior and glass rods. Glass rods may be problematic, I'm reading. B&D stated that the toaster oven was redesigned in the video. Does not seem to be much different than my broken TO1675, which I liked until the glass heating element blew out ~30 months after purchase.

Not as pictured
