[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item was purchased to replace a digital  Black %26 Decker iron I had for 15 years! I am very happy with the performance but disappointed that  the new iron does not fit in my previous laundry organizer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great iron! It is sturdy and dependable. I was a little uneasy without a dial, but the touch button for the temperature works great. My only concern is that sometimes when using it as a steam iron, the steaming stops...even though there is water in the tank. I have to push the surge for steam to get it going again. No big deal. I do highly recommend this iron!

The build quality isn't 5 star and I would prefer that it had a retractable cord, but for the price point I have been pleased so far. I also have not had any of the issues that others spoke of concerning inadvertent temperature changes.

Pleased so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace a Black %26 Decker iron that I had for-ever!  Unfortunately I dropped it and it started leaking water everywhere.  B%26D said this was the current model.  It has all the same features as the older model EXCEPT an audible tone when it reaches temperature.  I don't know why they removed that feature.  Can't give it 5 stars as a result.  I did have to purchase and return from various retailers until I received one that was new in the box.

Its hard to see when the reservoir is full or low. it turns off when in use at times and does not produce alot of steam on full steam use. I have to push the steam spout alot. Ivw had better quality in the past feom Black and Decker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the previous generation of this iron and loved it. I got broken so I bought this to replace it. They changed the temp selection button so it no longer has a tactile “click” when pressed and is super sensitive to touches. So sensitive, that if you just squeeze the sides of the handle while ironing, it will randomly change temperature or just turn off. I thought maybe it was a fluke, but it happened multiple times while ironing a single shirt and I could easily replicate the temp change by just pinching the handle. I returned this iron due to the major design flaw.
