I borrowed a pruner (of a different brand) from my neighbor and thought it was cool! 
Since I already have many 20v max tools, I had to get one from Black & Decker. 
It works great! 
It makes pruning easy for my wife who has arthritis.

The battery would not accept a charge. The indicator lights on the charger indicated "bad battery". I returned the product to the store and purchased a replacement. Same results. I'll be returning this one too.
