Very Pleased

I had a Black   Decker similar to this one (but smaller) and I dropped it and it broke. 

I've had several other brands since and they all started sticking after a couple of weeks. I decided to spend a little extra and buy another B D. I won't buy any other brand from now on.

Black n decker

Just received my griddle so I haven't had an opportunity to use it yet.  However, the poor thing must have had a rough trip.  Box was so torn up, it was a miracle it didn't come out of the box.  It came in the box you'd buy it in off the store shelf with no extra packing; there was a large hole punched through the top of the box,  and worse yet, there was no packing tape used to secure the ends of the box.  All someone did was yank this out of inventory and slap a UPS label on it.  If there is anything wrong with this griddle, anything at all, it is coming back.

Rough Trip...

I like black %26 decker non stick , but this item in specific I DON LIKE  because after 1 month  do not work

I've used a Black & Decker griddle for 12 years without any problems. I dropped it recently and had to purchase a new one. The newer family sized electric griddle is a littler smaller but that's not the big issue. It BURNS everything. The only time it doesn't burn things is when I heat it up and turn it off. The heating element burns a line into everything I'm cooking on it. I have wasted 3 batches of pancakes because of this. I am highly disappointed in this product. Not up to Black & Decker standards.
