This radio head unit itself is very good.  I ordered 2 of these units.  One box did not have the wire harness that was needed, and the other box was missing the RCA output harness.  Both did not come with the remote control as pictured in the listing.  The actual box and instruction manual does not mention a remote at all.  So I'm highly disappointed with the vendor who actually sold the radio's but I'm happy with the radio's myself.  I was able to go on amazon and purchase the correct power harness.  Sure, I could have returned them both but I'm 100% positive they would have just resold them to the next person.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Blaupunkt 6.8 InDash TouchScreen Receiver, Apple Carplay/Android Auto for free through the Walmart Spark Reviewer's program. I had to get this professionally installed in my vehicle. You can attempt to do this yourself I guess if you feel comfortable with wiring and such in your car but I would highly recommend you get this done by a professional if you want it to work correctly. That aside, I use this with an android device, a Samsung Galaxy S9 to be more specific, and it works great with it! I'm able to play music and take calls through the device without even touching my phone. I just put it on car mode and let the device do all of the work. It really is a cool little gadget and I wish I had one sooner! It lets you upgrade your car to do things like fancier, more expensive, and newer cars do! I have a 02 Honda Civic so it is definitely an upgrade when it comes to my car. It being able to display and bring up google maps has been the most help while driving and navigating around. A lot easier than just trying to look and hear it on my phone while its in the holder. Definitely would recommend!

Get a professional to help

I would watch him send and receive text messages, view navagation hands-free and play his music. I was so jealous! My car is a 2013 and doesn't have that. How happy I was to get this receiver! It's like I have a new car! Beautiful, clear large display. The usb is easy to access (unlike my old set up where I had to contort my body to reach the usb plug at the bottom of the armrest). I love being able to be completely hand's free with texts, maps and music. I have an android phone and it synched seamlessly with it. 
Installation was easy. 
I'm really pleased with this unit and would highly recommend it.

It also has the cellphone conenntion when you can talk on the cell hands free. It also comes with your mapquest that makes it easy to find directions. You may also download all your music into this Blaupunkt 6.8 InDash TouchScreen Receiver, Apple Carplay/Android Auto to listen to what ever you like. You may also connect your usb portable. It comes with an A.m & FM radio in it. I love the fact it comes Bluetooth, Android Auto, Apple Carplay, and Siri compatibility to keep you connected to all of your devices while on the road on those long family days or for those long drives stuck in tr traffic. This helps you for your hands free cellphone. It will show you who's calling, who and what they text you. Gives you directions. This Blaupunkt 6.8 InDash TouchScreen Receiver, Apple Carplay/Android Auto comes with so many features like AUX port, USB port, or SD card slot best if all it's android and apple compatible. You may use many apps on your cellphone. What I love the most are Spotify and Pandora , love the for those long road trips. I love how everything is displayed. I love everything is so easy to understand. It does come with warranty. I honestly love my Blaupunkt 6.8 InDash TouchScreen Receiver, Apple Carplay/Android Auto. Love great and works wonders. Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this in our 18 year old daughter's Toyota Camry and she loves it! It was super easy to install, I think it took my husband like not even 30 minutes to install it. The sound is great and the functions are nice. The only cons is you have to touch a button to get the volume to pop up on the screen and then slide it back and forth, this is kind of difficult to do while driving especially if you're a newer driver. You don't want to take your eyes off of the rode. The only other downfall is sometimes the touch screen doesn't read your touch. Most of the time it works well but every so often you have to touch a few times to get it to register.

Great stereo/receiver

Great for Android Auto

This head unit is amazing for the price. The UI is fast and super intuitive. Even better than Sony and JVC. Apple CarPlay is a bonus. The only weird thing is that for CarPlay you have to use the front USB port. The USB on the rear of the unit is charge only. This sucks as I was hoping to install a USB port in my console and not use the front USB port. All in all I'm in love though and the price is just icing on the cake.

Great Head Unit

What does radio doesnât tell you is that you have an external microphone that must be connected in order to use Siri properly There is Absolutley no help the Tech-support number for blaupunkt has been disconnected! The stereo seems awesome but id the features dont work properly what good is it ?
