Works great! Our garage floor had carpet glued on the concrete. Pulled off carpet, scraped floor and poured on blue bear. Some areas had to leave on for 3-4 hours. Scrape floor and rinse with water. Does not smell either.

Great product

The product was purchased based on a video I saw.  I had a tiled area in my basement and this product was to remove the glue residue.  The product did work but took a lot of extra steps including adding other removers in with it for it to be successful.

Pricey Product- More Time Consuming than Video

I used this on mastic that was laid down in 1998. It softened the mastic but not enough. I cannot get a razor blade or scraper to lift mastic. So I give Blue Bear 3 stars. Before I ordered it I even checked with Blue Bear themselves and they said it would work. My advice if you have old mastic is to skip this stuff. I I decided to get a diamabrush tool and grind away.  You could also try floor leveler instead of grinding.
