I really regret not buying a good steam mop sooner. My floors used to be filthy, and it would take me hours to mop them clean. With the steam mop, I can get the job done in less than half an hour—and the floors don't feel sticky at all. The steam effortlessly removes even the most stubborn food residue. I love it so much that I’ll never go back to using a traditional mop again.

Great for cleaning hard wood floor

I love the spinning brushes! I previously had a Shark that only lasted two years, and it didn’t have spinning brushes. This new mop was more than I originally wanted to spend, and I even tried to find a steam mop that would use the same pads because I hate throwing things away. I’m so glad I didn’t, this mop is incredibly easy to use, and I rarely have to go over a spot more than once.

Spinning brushes are the best!

This is a really good product. I have laminate floors that are light and four dogs. It is always been a problem keeping it clean. This machine does it really relatively quickly and with ease. It takes him getting used to because it wants to pull one way, but once you get used to it, it’s really easy. And this is from a 74 year-old. Recommended to anybody likes clean floors.

I like this to scrub my floor where I clean at.

On the 2nd time it was used, the tiny 3 screws holding the dual mops fell out for no apparent reason.  We had to search everywhere for a tiny screwdriver and fixed that issue.  Then it stopped working the 3rd time I used it, even after letting it cool down after mopping just half of my floor (not a large area).   Also, the mop heads never got clean when washed.   What a waste of money, time, and energy.  Even if all the people working to assemble this mop are required write in with their glowing reviews, trust me, it's useless.

The design precludes it from working

This mop has one and only one thing that made it better than the last one I purchased, the floor light ! The pieces of this mop fall off while it’s mopping and it doesn’t do a very good job and you can’t find replacement heads for it either I had to change up the screws just to make it work the first time this is not a good product do not buy it

The steam clean pads ALL fall off…no way to keep them attached. The Velcro does not keep them secure, when they fall off it goes crazy and hard to control to turn off. Putting them on is also difficult to be sure the pads fit in the holes and Velcro on, although it doesn’t matter they fall off in a short time. Can not get close to the walls etc   This product is not worth the price and useless!

I was excited to try this, just got a chance to use it and it does not work.  I folloed the instructions, plugged it in and nothing.  Tapped and tried pushing the power button and nothing.   Tried the others and even tried changing outlets nothing.  The LED lights came on when I tried to engage the scrubbing function  but that was it.  The scrubbing didnt even come on. Very disappointed and returning it to go to a Shark.  I habe an old Shark steam mop that works great for smoother floors but need the scrubbing function due to my my new kitchen tile.
