This spray was recommended for me to try. I have only had it to use once so far. I like the smell and it's not to strong. I don't care to have people knowing that I'm coming from a quarter of a mile away. Instead of just a dab, I need to give one good spray on each side so I can see how it stays with me as the day wears on.

A nice modern take on the typical Hugo Boss fragrances. This is a much more affordable version of Parfums de Marly Sedley. This isn't as nuclear as Sedley, but it's fairly strong. Tons of apple, lavender, and sandalwood. This one would be a struggle to be feminine, but that doesn't mean women can't wear it. I wear feminine fragrances all the time.

I'm not a fragrance expert but this particular scent is what I would call a “classic” scent (i.e. something my father would wear if that makes sense). My wife described it as smelling a bit like aftershave when I applied it. All that said, I'd be remiss if I didn't say that the quality of the fragrance is of one that I'd expect from a brand like Hugo Boss. To each his own!

Lasting fragrance but not for me

What really disappointed me was how quickly it faded even for an EDP, it didn't last long at all, and I found myself needing to reapply within a few hours. I was expecting something with more staying power and character. Overall, it's not a terrible scent, but it doesn't stand out and definitely doesn't live up to the “infinite” name.
