Grainy and sweet, this traditional dense, moist, caramelized cake is served in small squares, garnished with pistachios, almonds, and just a hint of saffron. <br> <br>This traditional Indian milk fudge is an all-time hit. Milk and sugar are cooked and then split with alum, cooled, set and cut into cubes. The slight caramelization gives it a light brown colour and slightly fudgy texture. Our milk cake is exceptionally good because we have made huge investments in trying to learn how Indian desserts have been consumed over the past century. Our research has allowed us to make the perfect milk cake from the optimum level of caramelization to the right amount of sweetness.

Somehow i like all Brar's frozen sweets better than local stores the fresh ones. Very soft and delicious.

It is def. a different texture then I thought it would be.  NOT a fan....but that may be jsut a personal preference.  Taste is not bad, I never have had that before but thought it was a diffent milk/pudding dredged in crumbs.  Maybe for some they may like it.

Not what i was expecting.

Plastic container broken into tiny pieces. Couldn't eat the milk cake had to throw it out. Plastic container cover is made with lower quality
