We have migrated ALL HP color laser printers to Brother models.  Brother is the clear industry winner when considering cost of consumables, ease of use, and lifetime cost of ownership. As a plus, the machine will accept 3rd party products verses name brand consumables.

Affordable Business Workhorse

I bought this Printer several weeks ago and I love it. The two-sided scan feature is especially nice and it is super quick when scanning documents for copies or uploading.

Great Printer

While it has all the features I was looking for - scan, copy, fax, there are times when I have to turn off and on in order to get the connection with the printer to get these functions to work.  It may be a function of my wireless connection, but it is annoying when I want to print or scan and I have to turn the printer off then on to get my request started.  Also, there should be a shortcut to be able to easy scan to email as I have to press so many buttons to get to that feature.  For the cost of this printer it should be so much easier.

Good but...

My review isn't about the printer, it is about the  information given concerning the delivery date.  It was marked as arriving earlier than expected, March 23, 2023.  Unless you deliver in the late of night, so much for it arriving on 3/23/2023.  By the way. the seller "happy shopping" has a rating of 1.2 stars.  FedEx shows the tracking number as invalid.

The Printer seems like it would be really helpful.  Except that it doesn't do the things it claims to do.  The print on both sides feature, will either print twice on the same side, OR flip the 2nd side upside down so you'd have to turn the page over completely to read it.  It does not matter if you choose flip by Long Side or Short Side.  Both do the same exact problem.
