[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third purchase of this printer. We bought the first one for our twins to share in college. When they lived in separate places, we purchased the second one. When our Canon became nonfunctional after having the waste ink tank changed (never heard that after many years of printers), we purchased our third one. Easy set up, long-lasting ink with affordable replacements, and love the double-sided feature. Happy with our purchases of this printer.

Third one in the family

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Brother printer is so much better than my old HP printer. I do a lot of small business scans and printing. The double-sided print quality is clearer, prints faster and the ink cartridges are larger so they last so much longer. It's so easy to change the scans from tif to pdf single or multi page downloads. I'm so glad I tried the brother printer. Worth it!

Great for business work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install (my 13 year old actually did it for me). Connected easily to my phone/wifi printing was easy set up, quick printing, fairly quiet, ink quality is good. Overall, I am please with my purchase. Curious to see how long ink will last as my issue with previous printer was cost and how quickly it was used up.

Great for small/home office use for price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great so far . Was hard to get the ink primed into it to begin with . It kept saying the cartridge was empty . Finally turned printer on its back and it worked . Wish it came with large black ink volume initially . Otherwise has connected to Mac products fine .

Priming ink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, it works very well, and the print out is excellent. The scanner works well too. Very good device for the money.

Good buy for the money.

I've had other printers in the past . it's a robust printer for the money and a whole lot better than other brands for the same price my opinion.

Brother Printer MFC J4355DW

works well fairly easy to set up but takes like an hour.

Works great. Better than my older brother printer.

We've had this printer 6 months now. It's been great until it alerts you to update. Apparently it did a firmware update and now there is a black line on the screen and won't do anything. Currently having someone look at it to see if it can be fixed. I've given it 5 stars up until this happened.

Brother

The worst printer I have ever purchased. First off, the red and yellow ink cartridges where leaking in the unopened plastic they came in. When trying to set up the printer to use the USB connection it was not ever able to be recognized by the software from the download page on the web site at Brother. I have two other Brother printers that were far easier to set up including a brother color laser printer with both USB and wireless. I have used Brother printers for over 20 years, and this was a replacement for an MFC 490CW.
