Make any girls dream come true

My daughter says it is her most favorite baby ever. It really is worth the money. The doll goes from newborn to baby to toddler and you just hit the switch and can do it over and over. My daughter loves being able to pull her hair down and make it longer. Only complaint is the newborn blanket snap does not stay hardly when trying to bundle her to wait for her legs to fold down into infant stage. It also takes quite awhile a rock and feed before she goes from newborn to infant. We noticed she kept saying Hi, Daddy but on the back of her is a switch with icons that have boy or girl. Just switch it to the girl and she will say Hi, Mommy. Very, very cute doll! No hesitation to buy! Kids love it! Good job Baby Alive!

Best Baby Alive Ever Made!

Bought this for my granddaughters 6 yr old birthday present. Its a big hit. She really likes it. The doll says many phrases and its not all repetitive. She likes how she opens her eyes when fed. I am very happy with this purchase and I would recommend it for any little girl.

Beautiful doll!

My daughter loves her doll! This is a hard plastic, very heavy doll that I had reservations about getting for my 5 year old because of how clunky and plastic it is. But it has proven to be a great buy. My daughter loves growing up her doll and then resetting and doing it over again. She takes this doll with her everywhere, and spends a lot of time caring for it and watching Baby Alive videos on YouTube (with the doll), she says it's too get tips on how to play and care for it, but I suspect it's just to grow her birthday/Christmas wishlist. This doll has so many little phrases, and you can switch it if you have a boy who likes dolls, instead of mama it will say daddy. My kids like to play mom and dad with their ones, and will flip the switch depending on who's holding the baby.

Great interactive doll for nurturers

I recently bought this for my daughter for her birthday she was very exited doll is very cute
And all. Sadly when we unboxed the doll and attempted to play with it the doll was not working properly I put in new batteries and doll was still not working properly it was making a noise as if it was broken and wouldnt even move. I returned it and replaced it
For a new one thinking it was just that one doll but then again when my daughter unboxed the 2nd doll it also was not working properly doll wouldnt even turn on with new batteries in and it would just open and close its eyes wouldnt even speak and just moved as if it was broken. So disappointed that my daughter could not play with it.

We had to order two of these.  Both had a leg break (does not retract when resetting to baby mode) w/in a half hour of gentle play.  Nothing says Merry Christmas like breaking a little girl's heart Christmas morning.  Second one arrived this morning and the same thing.

Not designed to withstand normal play.

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas present, she wanted it so bad. She was very exited when she opened her doll. It worked for maybe one day or two. But then she was very disappointed that when the baby grows, it wouldn't stop saying DAD even with the switch on Mom mode. I tried taking the batteries out and wait about five minutes, then reinstall them, nothing seemed to work. I called Hasbro, so they may have an answer, they weren't of any help. They wanted me to call them when I have the box with me. I threw the box the same day our children opened their presents. The doll didn't last a week, VERY DISAPPOINTED.

A gift that turned into a disappointment

Im sure the doll is going to be great. Maybe a little expensive, but my daughter wanted it for her birthday. My problem is in the delivery. I ordered it online, I got an email saying it was in stock at a nearby location and will be arriving much quicker than expected and it was out for delivery today, which was perfectly fine. I live in an apartment building and it was left right inside the side door and only left there because someone was moving out so that door was open. There is a package room in this building and my apartment number was listed but no, it was left right inside the side door to my building with basically nothing on it saying it was mine and anyone could have just taken it or gotten damaged, especially since it was left where people were moving out! Unbelievable!!
