[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] However you feel about technology these days I don't know of any mom that would take issue with a product that keeps you aware of your babies well being when you need to be in another room. I had no problems setting the app up on my mobile phone. The only minor issue is a dropped connection which only takes a minute to reconnect. The peace of mind you get thanks to this device is worth more than I can say in this review.

I know she is in great hands but I love being able to check on her suring my breaks and lunch. You can even talk through the camera and it catches her attention everytime I talk toher through it. It definately makes you feel closer to your baby.

We have a stationary baby delight monitor that we use for every day. This camera we use for TRAVEL and as a NANNY CAM! Because it links to your phone, it's as easy as plugging it in and turning on the app! While I am away, I can peek in on the kids and babysitter to see that all is well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The baby monitor works great. I love how simple it was to set up and use. It only took a few minutes to set up. I also like that I am able to use this monitor with my cell phone and that I can view it while away from home. Great for peace of mind while leaving baby with a sitter. Overall it's a good baby monitor but it lacks some features that my Motorola has, such as the ability to play music through the monitor and temperature controls.

Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had some trouble getting the camera activate, so I called the product customer service. They were very helpful and solved the problem quickly. The camera video color is good and quality is clear, however there is quite a bit of lag with any movement. It sort of freezes for a second or two, so the the video gets really choppy when there is movement. The sound also echoes on my phone. Not sure if that is just a problem with my phone or the app. I like that the video is seen via an app on my phone. It's very convenient to be able to see it from anywhere. Overall, it's not a bad camera and works for my needs.

Fine camera

We have this camera in our child's room and use it to monitor him during the night. We have used it for 1 year now, but twice it has had a fault with the night vision. It gets stuck in day mode so you can't see anything in the dark. After the first time it did it, it started working a few days later, but would no longer make the audible click sound when it transfers between day/night, night/day when you turn on or off the room lights. In day mode, the picture is not clear and is purple. This last time it did it, we have not been able to correct it. All we have now is day vision and audio.

I have two cameras, one for my 17 month old and other for my 2 month old. After about 5-6 minutes of streaming either one of my children's cameras, it stops and something that says "viewing timeout" pops up and then I need to reopen it myself. This happens every single time I have the app open trying to watch my kids. It happens during the night so unless I am able to hear my kids faintly from the other room (which was the point of purchasing these in the first place, so I could easily hear and see them through the monitors), I am not able to hear either of them crying. This is extremely frustrating, especially when combined they cost over $250. The picture is really clear which is nice, but there is also a delay on the picture (my WiFi runs perfectly fine and fast for everything else I have in my house, and we never run multiple WiFi devices at night besides the two cameras). I hate that my daughter or son could be crying for awhile and I wouldn't wake up to hear them because the monitor has "timed out".

"Viewing Timeout" is so frustrating!

I've had this app and camera four months. I'm constantly having issues with the camera cutting off while I'm watching my infant from another room. It's gotten to the point where it's stopped working at all as of today. So I deleted the app so I can re-add it, hoping that will solve the problem. Instead, I'm learning the app is no longer available in the App Store! So now the camera is useless and I can't monitor my baby durithe night either. I wish I could exchange this for another product that's reliable.

The App Disappeared!

Pros: The camera looks exactly like the picture. Cons: That is the only Pro. This camera never connected to the app on my phone or my husband's. We both tried multiple times following the instructions on the app. When I tried to contact customer support, I received an answering machine multiple times. I then emailed customer support and after more than a week never received a reply. This camera was a waste of my time. Luckily, I was able to return it so it wasn't a waste of my money.

My oldest has special needs and needs constant turning and monitoring through the night. Got this thinking it would be great not to have to listen for him yelling, however it is delayed by 8 seconds so if anything ever actually needs my immediate attention I could've been in his room by the time I would hear it through the camera...
