Consumer Care

Button came off and am unable to use it now. Slides down the handle bars. Can only put light items in it. I need a new one due to button randomly coming off

It tries to slide down the handle bars. It doesn't hold much weight. Bottle side is too tight. Middle pocket dumps out when I fold the stroller into the car.

Really loose fit and slides down the handlebar. Would've like to see a more structured fit. I'm afraid to put anything substantial in it.

Product was not as described. The universal parent console with the super long straps is what came not the one in the picture. So the parent console is like down by your knees. It's useless. Wish I got the one I ordered.

Product not as described.

The snaps are not reliable- they come undone all time and everything in the console spills out. The bottle section is also too tight and so when you do apply pressure to put the bottle in the snaps give out and everything spills.

Don't buy this. Everything will spill.

The  buttons don't work. They snap off very easily. One of the cup holders is way too small, not even a water bottle fits.

Not worth buying.

I agree with the other reviews, it does not fit the stroller properly and slides down the handlebars.
