Fails to hold power, needs frequent recharging.

Camera performance can be unreliable at times.

I went out of my way to buy a USB-C wall adapter, cause all that's in the box is a regular USB wall adapter. days later, I noticed there was plug ins inside the box for USB-C to USB. Hope this helps anyone else. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.

I love the battery life on the monitor. That was a big problem with my last monitor. This one lasts several hours. The design to hook onto the baby crib is very convenient and smart. Also love the camera quality and the fact I can se the baby at night rather than what looks like tv static on my old monitor.

I LIKE THIS VERY MUCH

It often times beeps really loud because of "device not connected" but it happens randomly and wakes me up. It's annoying and wish you could turn the beep off.

Alerts too loud and unable to mute

Sadly, the  monitor stopped working completely about  10 weeks after purchasing. I was actually loving it. Here's my experience, I'm a pretty simple person. The signal would go out here,  if the signal didn't come back I would just unplugged and plug it back up it would normally work again. It doesn't hold a good charge, I had to keep it on the charger constantly.  About 10 weeks after purchasing the monitor stopped working, the screen won't come back. But I still can use it from my phone. I got different monitor but I still use this one too. Sucks cause I really like it.

I like the potential of the product's features. However, they aren't all that they could be. The handheld device has a very low battery life. The sound of the sensor alarm would startle anyone. The motion sensor can be very sensitive, as we had to navigate the camera position to not pick up lights/lighting, and the sensitivity level can only be changed via app. The app is wifi only, and it was difficult to activate/re-enable the camera via app once we turned it off and switched to handheld. I did like the flexibility and position options for the camera. Returning the product after one month due to the handheld device randomness of no longer functioning and/or charging.

Pure trash. Constantly disconnects for no reason, sound quality is worse than my 20 dollar monitor Constantly cutting in and out. Terrible battery life. I've set the date and time 35 times and everytime I turn the monitor on it resets to a random date. Pure trash

Monitor kept disconnecting from camera and I kept having to reset the connection. You could not change the sensitivity for the babies cry and the baby had to be screaming in order to set off the alert. So I had to keep it on at all times, otherwise I would not hear her. Definitely not worth $100. Returning the product.

Cheap

I bought this monitor less than a month ago and the handheld unit already doesn't work. It takes me at least three tries to get it to turn on, every time I power it on it's just a blank screen. I also can't use it unless it's plugged in. I had it plugged in for hours and when I unplugged it, it said “low battery, powering down”. Throughout the night, several times I'd wake up to the monitor just being off. Definitely will be returning this item and I'm very shocked at all of the good reviews. Maybe mine is just defective.

Disappointed

The monitor disconnects from the camera all the time. The only way I can really use it is with the app but of course it doesn't go off like the little monitor does. If I could give it a half star I would.

I enjoyed this monitor while it lasted but used probably less than 10 times and the screen has stopped working. It will only turn if plugged in and then it freezes, turns itself off, flashes and blacks out. Pretty disappointed as this is my first time using a video monitor and it broke this quickly!
