Size is off, the circumference for head is good, the diameter for entire pillow is awkwardly large.

Large in diameter

Newborn under 12 lbs only. Not for over 12 lbs or older than 8 weeks. Too small. Can't fit behind head well in seating position as it tips head to chest blocking airway. Hole and pillow spot for head very small.
