Theresa is amazing! I always thought a 1-hour session would not help train my pup, however, I realized its not about the time with trainer as much as it is taking the concepts and applying them consistently at home. A lot of good concepts taught to help a dog owner better understand how training techniques work. Theresa is very good, patient and knowledgeable.

Happy Escobar, the Trainer is fantastic. I took my five-month old wild out of control barking loudly German Shepherd puppy to the 101 Personal Training appt. Happy Escobar immediately put my puppy in Line. She shared with me helpful directions on what to purchase as far as a collar and dog leash and other beneficial advice. I found her very knowledgeable and a Competent Dog Trainer. So much that I signed Up for the Six week personal training with Happy Escobar, the Petco Positive Dog Trainer.

Now tthat is a Dog Trainer...

Our trainer J was awesome. He was eager to help, insightful, took the time to listen to our questions and provide practical solutions for our puppy. I would highly recommend him as our trainer. We were so impressed by his dedication, knowledge  and passion. We are only sorry this PetCo is so far from our home otherwise we would definitely sign up with him again

Puppy Training 1:1 with J

Our "one-on-one" with Kayleen was the second one we have attended, with different skills worked on each time.  Our 5 month old puppy needs to learn to not enthusiastically jump on people or other animals when he's happy to see them, especially since at times this includes a gentle bite for attention.  That would be acceptable with animals we already know are fine with this kind of play but is absolutely not okay with young children.  Kayleen gave our pup her attention and practice, and gave us tips and an opportunity to try them during our session.  She's great to work with, and seems to understand what both the animal and the owners need to hear to best get the ideas to work.

Affordable dog training

By far, THE two classes we had with Lauren H. were THE best!  Lauren taught us essential skills that has made us BOTH more happier and respectful of each other.  She has been such an asset to Marley and I and Petco is so lucky to have such an inspiring, knowledgeable trainer.

Dog Training - one on one

There was a good deal on this product in combination with Ibotta. I purchased it for my classroom to study aquaponics on a small scale level. Time will tell if the device performs to expectations.

Beginners aquaponics

Private lessons are great for puppies or a old dog that needs to learn “new tricks” without many distractions. The trainer is great and asked about personality and home life. She also observes you and how you communicate with your pet- a more pawsitive approach is definitely a better one.

Trainer was kind, vut did not seem to know what to do with a pup who was nervous.  She feed him a whole bag of treats, which he licked off the floor, he puked as soon as we got home from being over fed treats. There was No "training" or tips, just 3 videos sent. She did not listen, it seemed. Unfortunately, it seemed she just wanted to sell the training package and push the new food petco released. :-( she was a nice person though.

Not right for us

Not even one star really. It didn't happen. I was told I couldn't be reached by phone for confirmation.  Send me an email if you can't reach me by phone. That is how I have received all of your other messages. It was disappointing, and I had already paid for it.
