I  bought the Carport/Gazebo to park my new full sized pickup truck under out of the weather. This past summer was over 100 degrees, this winter started out cold and heavy rain and windy, the carport is holding up well. I'm unable to build the carport by myself, I had a contractor who had built my deck a few years ago do the job, ( So glad I did ) He and his guy leveled out where the footing go, made the framing, poured the concrete. Then they started the construction process, it took about 5 days. I'm very happy with the outcome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything went great, the support staff was great and supplied tools great! The greatest thing was the carports made it thru two very bad storms, with wind gusts up to 120 mph, and they were both fine no issues at all, excellent materials.

I am extremely happy with my new carport.  It works perfectly for me and I keep my Ford F150 in it.  We live in the Sierra's and have to deal with snow.  This carport is superb in these conditions. I was originally going to have an attached carport built.  This was a much better and more economical solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a carport and this is a great size and value. The top is durable for all season weather. When not a carport we can use for shade to grill and setup for family gatherings. You will get a lot of use out of it, that is for sure!

Excellent

We got this at the beginning of June 2023. It's beautiful my husband and I put it together ourselves once we found instructions in box 3 LOL  it wasn't that difficult it took us like 4-5 days were 64 and 70 years old but in good shape our oldest son came to help with the roof panels there not real heavy just kinda awkward for the 2 of us but it's done and looks amazing only real issue we had was a little roof leaks screws just needed to be tightened down more my husband was worried about ripping the rubber washer if he did them to tight but once he tightened them more all up no more drips .instructions for overlapping roof ribs kinda hard to understand . On page 44 measuring from the rib not the edge hard to understand . We opened all boxes first and layed everything out according to part numbers it made thing way easier to find . We've had several parties under it already everyone LOVES IT !

Norwood 20x12

Absolutely no surprises with this purchase.  Delivery was smooth and quick. Assembly directions were very clear  I used both (instruction book included in shipment and 3D version from the app).  All of the components (there are a lot) were clearly marked and none were missing.  No cutting, drilling, modifying of any kind. I did treat all wood components with a tinted sealer before assembly, to help with moisture protection and give it a deeper color.  Most of the assembly I did by myself but about 20% you will defiantly need a couple buddies, especially the roof, but it's all very doable. I included electrical so I could add two ceiling fans and some party lights. I couldn't be happier at how it improved my outdoor space

It's a very nice looking structure.  We are definitely pleased.
Unfortunately, there were some minor issues with the company that installed the carport.

Quite a few pieces of wood were damaged, not a true 6x6 post, hollow in the middle.  The instructions were very good, you can download the app or use the paper instructions.  Definitely wear gloves once you start working with the metal roofing, extremely sharp edges.
