We bought this for the grandkids ages 6 weeks, 2 years and 4 years. They really like it. It seems like it is a safe option for them now and they will be able to enjoy it for many years. The guys in our family put it together in about 8 solid hours of focused work.

We bought this swing set for our granddaughter last month and she loves it.  The assembly does take a full day with two people because of all the steps and pieces.  There was one piece missing so we had to find another piece to finish the swing set, otherwise everything went smoothly. Our granddaughter was anxiously waiting to play on it.  The set is made with quality materials so it should last a long time.  Everyone is happy with the purchase!

We bought this swing set for our grand daughter, she is enjoying it very much. My son and I put it together. I highly recommend inventorying and organizing all of the parts. My daughter in law followed the instructions and stayed ahead of us with parts. Assembly was time consuming but went well, it took a full day. The only complaint I have is that I received an email saying that in order for the warranty to apply we would have to seal all of the wood. This took an extra day and was a pain but not that big of a deal.

Parts fit together well and mostly clear instructions. Parts labeled well, and spare fasteners were provided for nearly each bag. Appreciated them providing torx bits and wrenches.
Assembled in 1 day and only required a second person to help move some of the larger sub-assemblies.

Quality Parts and Instructions

We ordered this around Christmas time and The kids love it. I would suggest laying out all the boards in order letters and numbers before starting... we had plenty of extra hardware as well. The monkey bars don’t lead anywhere u fortunately, the end at the back of the house and you just have to drop to the ground. We did have one defect at the bottom, under the slide, in front of the sandbox portion. With the hardware the said to use, it wasn’t a snug fit between the two connecting boards. But it’s at the ground so it’s not a concern for us. Bottom line, easy instructions, and the kids love it. Hope it hold up nicely because it would be a shame for them not to be able to enjoy it very long. Looks like it’ll be a great time for them either way.

We used the paper instructions as well as the BILT app. There were 4 people working on the assembly. The app said it would take 2 people 10 hours to complete. It took the 4 of us 7.5 hours. The only downfall was the wood was already cracked in some places so once we were screwing things in, the cracks got worse.

My son loves it!

I've had this swing set for a couple of weeks now and my kids really enjoy it. I would say it's best for up to ages 8 or 9. They do not get bored with all the different features. It seems very sturdy and durable so far. The only flaw I see is the monkey bars. They are not really functional. The child climbs up and goes across 3 bars and has to drop down or my kids try to climb up into the house. There should be a platform so they can easily turn around and go back but ideally more monkey bars as well.

Lots of fun features!

My kids (4 and 6) love this swing set. It took as long to assemble as described. The shipping is where I was disappointed. Other than an email, I did not receive any communication. The driver was almost 3 hours late, claiming he tried to call my number, even though my phone never rang.

Great swing set, major issues with shipping

It's an awesome playset. Kids love it. 4.5 stars for the monkey bar base which was not aligning with the screw holes. I tried many times but ended up drilling news holes. 

One suggestion for the manufacturer it will be greatly helpful if item # of each screw/bolt to be used at each step was mentioned in the assembly instructions booklet. The description of part was given like screw lenght, but if in addition to that item# was listed it will make life so much easier assembling the play set. Overall it was a good/fun project assembling.

I would definitely give this 5 stars except the oddness of the monkey bars leading to nothing.  However it was semi easy to put together (took a lot of time but that’s okay and expected).  It is the perfect size for our children for many years to come.  Love the rock climbing wall.  My daughter is in love with it.  Good price for the good quality! Also buy direct from their website so you get the warranty and parts guarantee.

Awesome set with only one minor flaw

We thought this was cute and would last years... we were wrong! We are going on 2 years with it and are throwing it out. There were 2 split pieces of wood when I picked it up. I showed the walmart lady helping me load it into my truck and she was going to send it back. My kids were devastated, so we just kept it. We put it together just fine and my husband just put extra screws in those pieces. It was cute. Fast forward 3 months and the whole thing looks like crap and is falling apart. And not the pieces that were already broken! The wood is VERY cheap and worn. The tarp like roof ripped the first windy day we had. The steps are all splitting. And the hooks for the swings keep coming off the little piece it should be on.... by 3 year old was swing the other day and the hook completely broke and she fell to the ground!! Luckily she wasn't hurt, but that was the last straw! It is now going in the trash and we have to find a new one that will actually last!! So please spend the extra money and get one that is safe and womt fall apart!!!
