I am working hard to breastfeed my newborn (5 weeks now), but he is underweight and falling asleep before getting full feeds in. The pediatrician recommended to supplement each feed with a bottle (expressed milk) to get his calories in. This specific bottle with slow flow nipple was recommended to me by a lactation consultant. The nipple shape is more similar to a breast than other bottles, and hopefully will encourage him to continue breastfeeding. The slow flow nipple is much slower than my previous Philips Avent bottles (- not recommended for nipple shape either if also breastfeeding). 
Would highly recommend the Balance Plus bottles with slow flow nipple.

We tried over 4 different brands before trying evenflo. This is the only bottle baby boy takes. The nipple is the perfect size for a small mouth (not to narrow where he feels he is chocking and not to wide). He transitions smoothly from bottle to breast as he is still breastfeeding.

The only bottle my baby takes

I have been using these bottles for my twins for 9 months already and they refuse any other bottle. It's safe to say they love them! My only issue has been locating the medium flow nipples :(

Loveeeee!

I absolutely have been loving these bottles! No gas troubles as far as I can tell and I love that they don't have a million little pieces to clean! The only thing I would complain about ( and the reason I gave these 4 stars) is there isn't a two or even 4 piece option. I originally bought the six bottle set with six nipples. My dog ate three nipples and I was a little frustrated I had to buy 6 more nipples even though I only needed 2 or 3. My dog also ate a collar but when I contacted customer support I was disappointed that Evenflo couldn't just send me ONE replacement collar when I know Dr. Browns (which I had previously used) sent replacement parts for free no questions asked. They told me I had to buy a whole new bottle.
I will continue to use these bottles in the future, but I hope some changes will be made to make it a little easier to get replacement pieces that have been lost or eaten by a psycho dog

Wish there was a small count option

I think these bottles are great, the size and angle is awesome. The nipple is impressive and my baby loves it. My only complaint is the plastic of the bottle feels cheap and the ugly woodland creature art only makes it look more cheap. I wish they were a better quality feeling and looking plastic and that the art was cuter or that they were just plain.

We love the bottles!!! Especially the baby, best bottle we've used with proper latch and no air being sucked in. Only complaint is it's really hard to see the numbers when filling the bottle

Bottle review

Great product until you need the medium flow nipple. Not sure if it's no longer in production or why it's always out of stock everywhere.. I wish I would have went with the wide neck bottles. Without a medium flow nipple available  for purchase these bottles are basically useless to me.

Buy the wideneck bottles

We bought these in hope that my baby would tolerate them. He unfortunately gets frustrated with them because they don't let air into bottle so it builds up suction and he can't get anymore to come out. We had to go back to dr browns.

Suction issues

Not a fan of the standard neck bottles. The nipples are not wide enough for a baby that is used to nursing and you are not able to get the next size for flow in the nipples either. Super bummer.

Standard neck is not the way to go.

Trying to transition from breast to bottle and these
Bottles were highly recommended by LCs. Too bad they are awful. Baby refused it every time we tried and milk just pours from it. Not a slow flow.
